      Poor delivery services. We ordered a matching sofa & two chairs In summer 2022 Delivery #1 - November 2022 - sofa was damaged during shipping and delivery process, they attempted to fix/repair multiple times - not satisfactory. 2 individual chairs are fine. After many conversations and several times mtg., a repair tech , -attempted repairs - a 2nd sofa was ordered. Delivery #2 - July 2023 2nd Sofa was delivered also damaged during delivery & shipping process (currently still at our home) Delivery #3 - a 3rd sofa was ordered and shipped again this one was also damaged during delivery & shipping process. December 2023 - Delivery this time was canceled by company. We have requested a total refund of all 3 items and for them to pick up their furniture. They are denying our request. They only want to refund our money for the sofa.

      Horrible customer service in every area of it! Took 4 months to get the chair, can’t get people in repair to return your. call, long and I mean really long wait times on the phone. The lady in the actual store we purchased it from had to warn us to put our patience cap on. Even the employees, management, etc. know of the problems and nothing seems to change. I am 62 yrs old and have never dealt with customer service at this horrible level.

Unfortunately, like all other industries service and manufacturing times have been and are still feeling the effect from the Covid related issues over the past 2 1/2 years.       The BBB is not just for your business. It is for the consumer to be able to research and decide whether they should use that businesses services or buy their products, These comments help in that decision making. I stand by my comment. I once bragged on the quality and customer service Lazy Boy provided for years. Stop using Covid as your excuse and get your company back to what it once was. Just keep up with what is being said on social media and other outlets about the company and their experiences with their purchases, hopefully it will encourage some changes. There are many others with the same complaint.

      My wife and I ordered a new sectional last year on 1/29/2021. When it finally arrived on 10/29/2021, the corner piece was damaged, and a piece of shipping crate was still screwed to the chase lounge. I pointed out all of these things to the 2 delivery guys. They took pictures and assured me that a technician would be out soon to take care of the problem. After a few phone calls to the store, the manager (John) came out, and removed the board from the chase lounge, and took more pictures of the damage. Several days later a technician came out and ordered the material for the repair, and took more pictures! We were told that another technician would be back on 2/11/2022. My wife called them last week and our appointment wasn't even in the books!! Now we are being told that a technician will be here 4/1/2022. When you pay over $4500.00 for furniture, you expect a little better service than this. La-z-Boy used to be a respectable company, but their customer service is non-existant. I would never spend another penny on the poor quality crap that they sell now. I've always thought that this furniture was expensive, but it was good quality. But we truly regret ever doing business with this company. * ******

      Ordered a brand new recliner chair, it was delivered the same week. A week after delivery, discovered structural problems with the chair: crooked brackets, missing screws, miss installed seat base, upholstery coming loose. Nobody at the store could do anything for us. We are told we have to wait for service. The earliest service date they gave us is between six and seven weeks away! We were delivered a broken chair, brand new, and they won’t do anything to make it right. There is no accountability.

      Ordered furniture from this business lazyboy in Greensboro NC on April 4 2021 and it's now October 4 2021 and still no furniture. I called them to see when I might get my furniture and was told it could be another 3 months. Totally unacceptable. They have been sitting on my deposit for 6 months. There should be accountability for what they are doing. I call it fraudulent.

      We are dealing with longer than normal ship dates due to trucking, manufacturing, and shipping of parts. At the time of purchase we were estimating special order time frames between 6 to 9 months. This timeframe is on the front of our sales orders. It's unfortunate that Covid has affected our normal manufacturing time frame of 8 to 12 weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate the support.
