They are only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm ??if your cna doesn’t show up on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday you are out of luck on having a cna. Can’t always leave a message, box is full. Ashley the owner doesn’t always return calls. I went 5 days without a cna and that’s unacceptable. Went 5 days without a bath. Finally the other Ashley came for one and a half hours to give me my bath and clean my kitchen, that Ashley was very nice. Cna’s are nice but the owner lies to customers. I get 70 hours from Medicade and never once did I come close to 70 hours, the last day I had them in the middle of my bath she called and said my cna had to leave as soon as she finished my bath. I had asked Medicade to change companies so on the last day she made my cna leave after 1 hour. Saying she would have to pay the cna out of her pocket. That was a lie because Medicade called saying she granted my request to be released but my cna could work the three hours for that day as usual but not the next day. Ashley said that wasn’t true. I told her Medicade called me with the update that morning. Ashley isn’t honest at all and doesn’t know how to be professional at all. Seriously who runs a company to assist disabled people and are only open three days a week for 5 hours. So I’m letting you know what you can expect. She isn’t staffed to care for the clients she has. Good luck on finding another company. I’m extremely happy with Four Oaks Home Care. Talk to Ester. I couldn’t be happier. They have a answering service 24/7 to take calls if you ever have a problem. I’ve never had a problem and love my cna. This company started two days after I left Promise To Care My cna is very professional. Good luck to all of you wherever you go.
