When I arrived to pay for my room I was uninformed about the additional charges I was being charged. The pictures taken on ******* was not the room I received. Room 205 is where they placed me and it had bugs in the bed, a stopped up sink and dirty towels. It took me 3 times to complain and ask to be moved to another room. I was then placed in 207 which also had bugs in one bed, dirty towels and a non working phone. I went to the front desk they advised me that there was nothing they can do since the manager is not there so I had to sit in my car if I wasn’t out handling business. After check I left my final complaint in person with Lily about a refund and she stated the property will contact me back. I have been reaching every since leaving messages but the manager is still never there and doesn’t return my calls. I went through ******* and they stated due to multiple reach outs and being unable to speak with anyone they couldn’t help me. I need help getting my refund because was the worst experience I ever had and was miles away from home and had to be in my car.
