            As part of new construction for my new house, I asked the owner of this business to install railings and a gate with a pool lock for my back porch. The railings all need to be sealed and painted at the juncture where the rods insert and also the paint needs to be fixed in multiple locations— they are rusting even though they are brand new. Moreover, the wrong kind of latch was put on the gate. It is not a pool lock like I requested. I called and spoke to the owner and asked for these things to be fixed and I was told he would let me know by Monday what day they could come out. Since then I have not heard from them and it’s been over a month despite leaving multiple voicemails and emails. I would like these issues to be addressed before the brand new railings rust too much and before my son falls down the stairs since I cannot secure the gait.
