On 3/4/23 I paid for 4 hours of moving help ($271.95) with Like Family Movers and only required 2.5 hours at most and overpayment has not been refunded. The gentleman that did the move were respectful and finished the move early; one of them was also celebrating their birthday. I tried on several occasions to reach Like Family Movers with no response. My last email to them was on 4/3/23 with no response. I emailed **************, which is the company I utiized to secure moving services, and their response and email to Like Family Movers is also attached. I'd like a refund of overpayment for services.Customer response

Hello,
******* booked a moved with us through the UHaul Moving Help platform for 4 hours on March 4th. The move was for two movers for 4 hours, at 66.50 per hour. Breaking it down to 8 man hours for the move at 33.25 per hour. 3 movers were sent to make sure her move was completed on time. It took the movers 2.5 hours. 2.5 hours times the 3 movers means 7.5 man hours for the move. .5 hours times the 33.25 per hour is 16.63. Uhaul takes 15% from all moves done on their platform therefore her refund is $14.14.
