      I DO NOT recommend them!! Their quote was over 1,000 LESS than they charged,and demanded to halt moving until I paid in full that moment. They shattered my 65 inch TV because they never boxed it or wrapped it. They deeply Scratched my Dining Room Table. 2 of them fought in my driveway..they have argued continually over the phone with me. I have names of all the crew and Justin Oakley who was lead of the crew and the one who overcharged me...Mathew L***** was 1 of the movers who witnessed this and will confirm it.

      We want to thank you for calling the office the day after your move to inform us of how wonderful the crew was for the move, even after you called in last minute and we accommodated your last minute full pack and move within 48 hours of that phone call. You stated the crew was a "10 out of 10!", and you would be happy to leave a good review, even after discovering that your TV was damaged. We are grateful that you chose a licensed and legal moving company for your services, as we have procedures in place to handle claims. Although, we would love to say that we are the perfect moving company that never has damages, that is just simply unrealistic. When a mishap does occur, we have claims process in place in order to rectify the situation. We received your claim form 2 days ago and are currently processing that claim based on your choice of valuation that you chose at the beginning of your move. We try to do everything in our power to prevent damages, although, at times, we do fall short. We utilize these opportunities in order to improve our training process in the future. Please call our office at 336-523-4967 if you have any questions regarding the process. We appreciate all feedback. The non binding, full pack and move estimate which you signed in order to book your move clearly states that the final bill will be based on actual time as well as actual amount of packing required based on how move ready the customer is upon the crew's arrival on the scheduled date of the move. Your final balance increased by $546. The crew had to stop the process once you informed them that you did not have any way to pay for your move except for a personal check, although you were fully aware of the company's accepted forms of payment ahead of time and that we do not accept personal checks. The crew leader contacted the office in order to get your personal check approved for payment and we graciously worked with your request and approved your form of payment. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We wish you the very best in the future.

      I am so glad that there is an owner that truly takes pride in his company. Once he heard the problems we had wit h our move he went above and beyond to rectify the problems and make our experience with them a positive one. No one wants a bad experience, but I love to know that there is someone out there that actually stands behind his company's reputation. Thank you Tyler and Megan for promising to make it right

      We used Miracle Movers to store our furniture when we had our house built.We had two bedroom end tables damaged . We had to point this out to them and they only reimbursed us a small fraction of what they are worth. I want the public to be aware of this. Thank you

      We appreciate all feedback. We strive to have damage free moves, but unfortunately in this industry, we have the occasional mishap where a damage may occur. With any licensed, legal moving company in NC, customers are given the opportunity, prior to the start of the move, to choose which type of protection valuation they would like for their move. You chose to waive full value protection and opt for basic valuation, which is included with any move, free of charge. That type of coverage pays out $0.60/lb, per article. We issued your claim settlement based on your choice.
