      I purchased a maintenance warranty from Crown BMW in July 2024. I requested the warranty be canceled on November 26, 2024. I was informed by the service team at Crown BMW on 12/40/3024, that the warranty has been cancelled. I have not received the refund. I was told by the finance representatives, ***** ******** and **** ****** on 11/27/2014 that the process would take up to 6 weeks. They will not return calls or reply to emails.

      We canceled a warranty product from the dealership that they misrepresented. The warranty company accepted the cancellation, refunded the dealership, canceled our policy and now the dealership will not give us our refund.

      My experience with BMW of Greensboro has been nothing short of disappointing. I purchased a *** i4, expecting it to be as described with blue M calipers. However, when the car arrived, it came with standard brakes instead of what was promised on the sticker. Ive been going back and forth with them on this issue for almost a month now, but the dealership and *** keep blaming each other with zero accountability. Meanwhile, Im left with a car that doesnt match what I paid for.The lack of communication is especially frustrating, with ******, the salesperson, completely unresponsive and unhelpful. On top of that, they still havent sent me the permanent tag for my car, even though the temporary tag is about to expire in just a few days. Ive received no updates, no resolution, and no assistance with these issues.

      I purchased a vehicle from this location on July 9, 2024 for $25, 250. My credit union provided a check in the amount of $25428.63 which left an amount owed back to me of $178.63. ***** in finance stated the check would be mailed no longer than two days after the sale. I have called several times and emailed two managers at the dealership. No one has responded to my messages. I spoke with the salesperson who said he was going to handle it and never heard back either.

      I am rejecting this response because: there is nothing on my end showing any funds returned. The vehicle was purchased July 9th. Unless this was done post the BBB complaint, then there has not been a refund issued. Please provide something showing that.

      Carried my car in for a brake fluid flush, oil change and a tire rotation. On the ride home my tire light came back on. when i checked the drivers side rear tire was very low on air. That was the reason I asked for the tire rotation. I called back and was told the service manager would be back on Monday. called back Monday and was told they would refund my money. never received a refund. Now every time i call they tell me the service manager will call me back. I never receive a call. this was June 6, 2024 it's been almost a month. I would like my refund.

      I ordered a car from BMW of Greensboro on 10 Jul 23. It was not in inventory; it had to go into production. I communicated to the BMW of Greensboro team that I was moving from ** to AR around mid- to late-September and was told the car would before then.The car did not arrive before my move, so BMW of Greensboro delivered it to me in AR on/around 30 Oct. The car was delivered with a temporary tag bearing a 23 Nov 23 expiration date. Upon returning after Christmas, I had a letter in the mailbox from ** to pay property taxes, so I did. *** later received the registration sticker, but not the tag. Ive reached out to BMW of Greensboro regarding the tag. I was told it was mailed to me (no tracking or proof was provided) and that Im now responsible for obtaining a replacement. I contacted the ** ***** Vehicle ************ ***** ******* was told the tag was sent to BMW of Greensboro, and BMW of Greensboro should provide me a tag. BMW of Greensboro has continues to tell me to pay a fee and complete a form to obtain the tag. Per my conversation with ** MVR representative and their website, a tag can only be obtained by picking it up in person. The website states "??Lost, stolen and damaged license plates and registration stickers may be replaced by filling out an Application for Replacement Plate and taking it to an N.C. ******** of ***** Vehicles license plate agency." ***************************************************************************************** I reside in AR. I cannot travel to ** to obtain a tag. Tax, title, and tags are a part of the car purchase. I purchased the car from BMW of Greensboro. They are responsible for completing the transaction and providing me the car tag. Additionally, I cant even obtain an AR tag since the car is registered in **. I need the ** tag in order to relinquish it to then register the car in AR. Im caught in the middle unable to do nothing due to BMW of Greensboros failure to provide a tag. As of now, the car has a temporary tag that expired on 23 Nov 23. Im concerned about being pulled over by the police and potential charges/fees since the temporary tag is expired. I need BMW of Greensboro to provide the tag that is part of the car sale. Alternatively, BMW of Greensboro can cancel the sale, refund all monies paid by me, wipe this transaction from my credit reporting, and pick up the car so that I may purchase another in AR.

      My wife bought a **** *** ****** at BMW of Greensboro on September 14 . They were supposed to transfer old tag . The gave us temporary tag . Week before temporary tag expired I call and told them we have received our registration. They blamed on dmv . Told should be taken care of within the week. Drove car with expired temporary tag . Received letter in mail from dmv saying we were going to be fined for not turning in our old tag . Went to local dmv to turn in tag and they said car still hasn’t been registered in our name . This is a month and one week of owning the car . Called dealership and guy who financed our car told me he was going to send me new temporary tag next day air . Which was a lie received three days later . Dmv office told me to call license and theft dmv in guilford county and file complaint. I did and talked to Lt . P***** . He went to dealership next day and told me that the general manager would be calling me within the hour to solve my problem his name is Brian B******* . He has called me . I have left him several messages and emails with no response. I have left Lt. P***** several messages with no response . This going on for almost two months now with the second temporary tag getting ready to expire and can’t get anyone to call me from dealership.

      On may 20th 2023 I had my vehicle towed into BMW for service to have a new key made. Upon starting my car I realized the towing truck company had damaged my vehicle. I requested bmw to give me the video footage of the incident. They agreed to do so. I've called back almost everyday asking for it. Its been over 3 weeks and I have received nothing. I'd really like to receive this footage.

      I purchased a **** *** ** from ***** (now BMW of Greensboro) in November. I am ensuring that if this turns into a Lemon Law vehicle, I have pursued all avenues. The problem with the dealership is I have a safety issue as outlined below and I am on a waiting list to have this problem looked at. This is unacceptable. Following is an excerpt from my letter to BMW USA. " "The Blind Side Warning sensors do not work on the passenger’s side. I have talked to advisors, BMW genius peeps and a “complaint manager” and no one has an answer. Northlake said my driver’s profile did not have it on. The Genius peeps said the BSW is not tied to a profile. It doesn’t matter, because if it was off, why did it come on at all on either side. It does come on fairly consistently on the driver’s side. On the passenger side it doesn’t work more than it does. I can be passing a vehicle and turn on my signal to reenter the lane, continue my pass and it still does not come on. I can pass a tractor-trailer and it never comes on. A BMW advisor said it only works if someone is approaching me on the passenger’s side. That’s stupid. I do not understand the parameters or algorithms it utilizes. I have watched it over and over in multiple situations. I have watched it at different speeds and using the cruise function. There is no rhyme or reason. And if you tell me, it shouldn’t come on in certain situations, why does it come on at all? My ***** *** always came on, even if just a flash as I would drive by vehicles at any speed above 25. I called BMW Greensboro to get another appointment for them to look at it on February 14th. I am still waiting for them to call me back with an appointment time. I don’t think this is a 1-hour fix and I want a loaner. They said they would call when they had one available. "

       I am rejecting this response because: The dealership has not been responsive. The decisionmakers have not reached out to me directly. The vehicle is a lemon. The dealership had a salesperson (who I contacted since no one else at dealership would speak to me) reach out to me with an unreasonable trade offer, see attached. I could walk in off the street and get this offer. The dealership has been less than responsive and willing t help me with a very poor quality vehicle. I continue to have additional and similar problems as I have complained about before. this dealership is worthless. And even with this response to you, I will not hear from them. I will be filing an additional complaint with BMW and the Attorney General about the poor quality of the vehicle and lack of response from the dealership.
