      We never know when we will get our paper. This week, we didn't get the Wednesday or Sunday paper, and those are two of our favorites. We have repeatedly complained and contacted the phone number on the website, but we get someone in a foreign country that we can hardly understand. The cost deserves better deliveries and a phone number in Greensboro where we can discuss issues.

      This Newspaper doesn’t deserve even one star! My elderly mother loves to read her newspaper every morning. We moved to a new state where I subscribed to print delivery of this newspaper weeks ago that never showed up once. I called to report the missing paper and it still never showed up. The digital version is in my email every morning. My mom doesn’t use computers or phones. She likes reading a real newspaper. I ended up ordering another newspaper from nearby town and New York Times. They both show up in the front yard every day. No Problems. I tried canceling this subscription but the digital version is still in my email every day. I’ve asked them to stop. We will see if they at least respect that request.

      Once my previous carrier resigned on 12/31/22, the delivery service in Summerfield of the Greensboro News & Record & The Wall Street Journal has been terrible. If I have received 10 papers this year, I would be surprised. I call every weekday that my paper does not arrive (they are closed for delivery complaints on the weekend) and speak to a young lady that appears to be located outside the US. They constantly tell me that this issue is reported to the District Manager and that the DM will call me. NO CALL HAS EVER BEEN RECEIVED. I call the WSJ each day as well, as their delivery is through the local paper. There is no number to call on the website of the GSO News & Record that gets me to a live person who might offer assistance. I have messaged the subscription services address, but no response has been received. I am at a loss on how to resolve my delivery problems. I would give this a 0 out of 5 stars for customer service. My subscription is current but I receive sporadic or no service. It is incredibly frustrating. * ****** Summerfield, NC

      Don't even want to give them one star. On 12/18/22 I signed up on their website for their special rate that was $26 for home delivery for 13 weeks. The $27.82 (after taxes) came out of my account on 12/22/23. After two weeks I called the customer service number ) on their advertisement. I was told that there was no record of my payment and they would check it out. This number was manned by people that could not understand english and I'm still waiting to hear from them. So I called a local number and got voice mail). Left two messsages and finally got an email telling me that they were sorry and would add days to the end of my subscription. Still haven't received a news paper and have asked to have my money refunded. The phone numbers are not mine, They belong to the News and Record.

      Don't care about the customer. I have called, left email msgs., FB messages about no delivery and NO they did not credit the account, so that's not true what they said about crediting. Would like to get a legitimate reason why they cannot deliver. They wonder why their circulation is dropping.

      Horrible service! My mother still wants to take the paper for news, but in the last 7 days, we have had no paper for five days. When you call their automated delivery service, the response is the carrier is late and you will have your paper by 10 am or 11 am, all lies. If you get a live support person, they know nothing. We have sent 2 emails and left a phone message for their circulation department and they do not even respond. You cannot get a response at all! Too bad they want support for local journalism, but do not support their customers!

      This company has been charging me fraudulently for months! I have been trying to dispute to no avail, the company does not respond or answer the calls, "contact us" link, etc. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY PRACTICE!!!!!
