5/27/2022 I enter the Tides Inn Steak and Seafood Restaurant on Westgate Shopping Center: 3927-A W. Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407 phone # 336-852-5845. I paid for two fish, brought them home for supper. Began to eat my fish is when I found that they had scales on them. I call the owner and told him about the scales on the fish. The owner told me to bring them back and he will give my money back. After driving 28 miles back to the restaurant and share with him that I was the one who call him and show him the scales and the fish. He first told me that he will give me my money back or two fish. Upon returning and showing him the fish, He would not do either. The fish was not good to eat with scales on them. I will not eat or buy anything from this place again. The food is no good and he is selling real bad food to the public. This is the second time this had happen. The food is bad and He should have done something but his goal was to make money. I want my money back and I will never go back into this place again in my life. Bad food all the time. If need be, I will turn them over to the Health Department. This place need to be close because of the food that it sells.
