      June 26 was my Birthday I came over an hour away to used the email sent to me from a few of the stores for my birthday I went to Jcrew the manager there turn an upbeat to lower then dirt when she told me that Im suppose to have a card from TANGER NIT AN EMAIL THE NEXT TIME I CIME IN WITH AN EMAIL SHE WOULD NOT HONOR IT! well I dont plans to come in any crew any more I ask for management she said she is management There is no opened TANGER OFFICE ANY **** SO I could not go then I have uploaded what I was sent she put in the code and said it didnt work before the code was entered she didnt say I should have a code forward to cooperate office for Jcrew.

      To ****************:  Again, we do apologize for the experience you had at * Crew.  Per our phone conversation today, 8.6.24, I am informing the local team of your experience so that they may re-educate the ***************** team.  If you change your mind and would like to make arrangements to have the local team ****** you to the store, please reach out again and we can make those arrangements.  Thank you for our chat and I hope you have a wonderful week.

      To BBB:  I spoke to **************** by phone today, 8.6.24 as she called the ************* line for **********************.  I offered to assist in making arrangements to have a member of the local Tanger management team ****** **************** to the * Crew store for assistance.  **************** declined this request.  It was requested that I pass the information to the local management team regarding this instance so that the store may be re-educated in the redemption of birthday rewards that are provided under their corporate direction.  As the complaint is mainly with the local * Crew store, I also provided the corporate contact number to * Crew so that she can inform their company of her dissatisfaction.  Per our conversation, this issue is resolved for ****************.

      e-mail received from Tanger indicating my "TangerClub Gold Membership is going to renew soon..."I never signed up for a recurring membership or TangerClub Gold Membership.I did sign up for a one time fee membership at a lower level (blue membership).Please investigate this and correct your mistake .if you have charged anything please refund.

      I have reached out to the business regarding this complaint and they have responded with a boilerplate (junk) replay and not changed my membership to free level.  Only explanation given was they changed their program.  I never signed up for this recurring option and they unilaterally changed the program and trying to bill me.

      In July 2023, Tanger changed its loyalty program. As part of that, existing loyalty members were moved at no additional cost to them to a new higher-status membership in the program (Gold), with no cost required for the first year. At the end of that initial free year (which expires July 2024), these members will have the option of making an annual payment to stay in the higher Gold program tier or allowing their membership to revert to the programs no-cost membership tier (Blue). Based on this consumers concerns related to the upcoming renewal, Tanger has proactively moved them to the free tier, as of March 22, 2024. Tanger never charged this consumer for the new loyalty program membership and does not have credit card information for this individual.
