I have found Belvedere Properties, LLC provides excellent rental property management over the years I have used the firm's services. Before purchasing a particular property, I've have even consulted Cathy as to her opinion on the home's "rentability" and potential income. Cathy has always responded quickly to my calls when things are needed like a power washing or a front door sanding and repainting. Whether it's shampooing the carpets or repainting the interior, I simply inform Cathy as to what's needed (or she tells me what's best before showing the property to potential new renters) and I simply say "send me the bill". When it comes to tax prep time, the property's income and expense summary from Belvedere is just what my CPA needs. Cathy and Belvedere Properties get my 5-star rating! ***** **

I highly recommend Cathy and Belvedere Properties. I live next door to a rental property of this company and can assure you that they care about maintaining their properties in a professional manner. I once spoke with Cathy the owner about a landscaping issue and while I was there she immediately contacted a maintenance person to remedy the situation. She was genuine, sincere, courteous and professional. Within 2 days excellent workers showed up to remediate the problem.
