Hello, My name is ******* ****. I believe I am a victim of fraud through CBRE. For the last five months, I have had six unauthorized charges from CBRE Investments drafted out of my checking account. Please see them with their coordinating dates listed below: - 9/6/22: $1,102.40 - 10/4/22: $1,255.45 - 11/2/22: $37.32 - 11/8/22: $89.78 - 12/5/22: $1,271.82 - 1/4/23: $1,258.47 TOTAL: $5,015.24 I had never even heard of CBRE before discovering these charges, let alone invested with them. I have already called my bank and set up a "Stop Payment", as well as tried to dispute all of these charges, however the two most recent charges (12/5/22 and 1/4/23) are not able to be credited by the bank, and they referred me to file a complaint with BBB. This is very frustrating and I am really hoping you are able to look into this for me, as I truly feel that CBRE has been stealing my money. I have attached screenshots from my banking app of all these charges. Please feel free to contact me via email or by phone. Thank you. Best Regards, Chelsea L. Rice 513.706.8827Business response

This appears to be from a subsidiary of CBRE and not CBRE|Triad. Our office located in *********** **. is a totally separate entity from CBRE, I** and CBRE Investments, and unfortunately this office has no connection to, or insight into these charges.
Please note, while our name has "CBRE" in it, we are an affiliate of CBRE and any charges posted from this office would indicate one of our two entities, CB Richard Ellis Raleigh, LLC or Raleigh Asset Services, LLC. In addition, our agreement with CBRE only allows this local office to conduct business in the Triad region of **, and Triangle region of **, we are bound by an agreement with CBRE to only conduct business in these areas. To summarize, we are an affiliate of CBRE, which is why our D/B/A is CBRE|Triad, this local office is not owned by CBRE, I**. My suggestion, in this case, would be to notify CBRE, I** through their website which has a very robust "people and office" search feature.
Hope this helps.
