Project completed the end of July. Contacted owner at that time to come out and inspect work. His project manager was sent out and took pictures. I was then contacted by the owner and he reassured me he would fix the issues. Several calls, text messages and pictures sent between July and August. Aug 24th he called to set up a time and day but never got back to me. After no contact from him, I called on Sept. 15th inquiring about what happened. I emailed him on Oct. 13,2021 about the problems that hadn't been resolved. He responded in a text that day about following up with me tomorrow. It's Nov. 2, 2021 and no follow up. This job was paid in full on July 23, 2021 totaling $49,311.50. These are some of the things that need to be resolved or reimbursed...Ceiling fan is still shaking and squeaking form where it was partially removed to replace the sheetrock and paint, light missing in stairway. It was remove to replace sheetrock and never put back up matter of fact it's gone, light in hallway broken and hanging, unfinished trimming , molding not attached to the wall and nails sticking out or molding cut halfway up the wall around the door frame, missing faceplates on outlets, light switch and inside doorbell up on the wall flooring not seal to the floor. When you walk across the floor you can feel the unleveled floor and the hear the air pockets. It suppose to be waterproof but I doubt it if it's not completely seal to the floor. Old tile is still on the floor up under the new waterproof vinyl planks in some areas bathroom looks unfinished..one side has new sheetrock and fresh paint and the other side is old plastic tile that was previously on the wall, looks like the sealant/cement on the bathtub walls tiles are cracking kitchen wall has spots coming out from under the paint, I had to rent a dumpster last month to remove the rest of the trash that was left in my yard (tile, empty paint buckets, pieces of rug, padding, paneling and trash).
