Had a storm come through my city tried and tried to find a company that could come out at 3:00 a.m. in the morning. I call this company at 3:45 a.m. within 30 minutes they had a five-man crew out at my house. One of the most ironic things was the owner of the company was the first to get to the job they were able to cut the tree down so I could put a tarp over my house to stop the water intrusion. That's only the start I had to then work with the insurance company this is where the nightmare begin. But ************************* were able to negotiate with the insurance company and restore my house to its original form I think the back and forth with the insurance company was harder than the work they had to do but they were patient and got it done I would recommend this company to anybody they also have a retired insurance agent who was able to help us navigate through the process that cost us nothing this is a great company I would strongly recommend them if you have a problem at night all with the insurance company..

I bought three separate properties and was looking for a builder to remodel these properties. Interviewed several builders and they all told me that it would be $150,000 per remodel and 50% upfront here. Exhausted by my efforts I tried one more company. It was ************************* Builders. The surprising part was the company did not send a salesman. The owner himself came out. He was able to go through the entire house and tell us what we need to do. His price was about ******* but he never charged us upfront money. We bought the materials and at the end of the week he took a small portion by the time it was all said and done we were able to get all of the houses done on time and on schedule and never had to worry about. Did we pay the contractor and he never came back and did the work it was a great relationship based upon the fact that the companys philosophy was we get paid for work done not work promised. Great company I would recommend them to anybody.

**** and his crew did terrible work that led to further water damage in my home. Instead of using proper materials and repair techniques, they cobbled together an unstable, unsealed mess with whatever they had on hand. When I noticed that he left the work with **** that wasnt even screwed in, I asked him to come back to fix it. He came back with another employee to fix it, and his employee told me that the work he did with his crew wasnt even the right way to go about it. Instead of telling me the door frame needed to be replaced, he just cut out the bottom of the door leaving many cracks for water to get in. **** took advantage of my inexperience with the process of how to do it right, then complained that his workers were to blame when they were just following what he told them to do. He constantly bragged about only doing things the right way, while not doing a single thing the right way the whole time. He told me multiple times that he would have someone come seal the work he did. No one ever came and he stopped answering communications to him, even when I told him water was getting into my home from where he did work. Looked in my crawl space to check his work on the band he replaced some wood on, and it was equally cobbled together with different pieces of wood with large cracks between. Now Im unsure if that area is even structurally sound.

Neal Williams contractors do excellent work, provide outstanding service and raise the standard foe construction work. I have used them on several occasions and will use them again. I have referred family and friends that have thanked me

Neal and his crew did an excellent job today on a small repair on my chimney today. He came out this morning to look at the job and his crew was back this evening and finished in less than an hour.

This is a great company. I had a massive flood at my house, and it took the city for hours to come out. I call Neil Williams general contracting, and mold removal.. the owner was there within 30 minutes 10 minutes later three other guy showed up. The water leak cut out the drywall fix the plumbing so that we could have the insurance company assess the damages. They never charge me a dime upfront, and said they would deal with the insurance company. nevertheless as most insurance companies do anymore to pay, he was able to force them into paying for everything because he had been an insurance adjuster before he knew the right things to say. I can best describe it to you, like this higher them higher them higher than them. They also have a 100% moneyback guarantee and they had done some work for one of my neighbors and I read her review and found out that she was trying to scam the insurance company through them. That’s why she left a bad review because she couldn’t get them to defraud the insurance company

I have been out of my home since May 7, 2022, due to water damage. Neal Williams is the contractor I hired to repair/replace ceiling, flooring and painting throughout my entire home along with installation of new shower/tub and Walk in shower on master bathroom. Neal Williams took up my downstairs flooring, removed all my bathroom vanities along with my commodes and has not replaced them after being paid with every cent my insurance paid out and over $9000 from my own pocket. I can't live in my home because I have no bathroom to use and bath in. He hasn't put my flooring in downstairs, nor finished painting, my shower doors, faucets, commode and a vanity has not been installed. All the products are there at my home but Neal Williams keeps avoiding my calls or making promises that he is on his way to fix my home and never shows up. Then he keeps giving me a lot of excuses for not showing up.

Neal Williams built a deck for me and I was please with the work, The owner was honest and upfront about the cost I really like that! They finished the job in a timely matter I would hire them again!
