    On March 26, 2022 I, including two other individuals arrived at the Kick back Jack store #50 establishment located on 3286 Silas Creek Parkway Winston Salem, NC at approximately 1430 hours. We was seated after awaiting for at least ten minutes. The server, who name is Courtney #554 (who was NOT friendly) asked us what was our drink preference. We advised her that we wanted two alcoholic beverages. We received the drinks at 1511 hours. We complained to the manager ( Deron),which he had to be advised twice on her conduct She was advised what we decided to order, fried pickles, mini steak rolls, chicken wings, french fries (cold ) cheese dip with chips and a order of fettuccini with shrimp. However, she didn't come back to the table within the next thirty minutes to check on our status or bring additional napkins However, I observed a gentleman was seated in her area by the Hostess; I noticed that she winked at her. I observed that he received his drink within five minutes of his arrival and his order within ten minutes, but the two couples who was seated before him was still waiting on heir order and drinks. She went to his table more than five times with thirty minutes. She sat on the edge of the booth he was occupying, almost in his lap while he continued to eat. She didn't bring the entr�©e. When we asked her about it. Her response was " no you didn't." NOT " I'm sorry I forgot to submit it, because it was the first item we ordered. She NEVER submit the order. We spent almost 100,00 in the establishment and received extremely poor customer service. Apparently, she request for another server to take over our table without even advising. However, she continued to conduct inappropriate behavior with the gentleman in our presence. I/we don't spend money on a establishment for unprofessional customer service. Its unethical to be upset, due a server conduct and behavior while dining out. This is ridiculous.

    Highly suspect *************************** is running it into the ground intentionally like Hams, and any other business hes associated with. This is *********************** from *** News so I know ***** VERY well.KBJs should be investigated for health code violations and, money laundering.The food, service, management is utterly undefendable.
