We dined here with one of my best friends and family for her graduation so it was about 8 or 10 of us. Service was slow, the server kept forgetting our request. When we received our food it was cold and had to go back multiple times. I ordered the fettuccini weesie. No mushrooms, add extra shrimp and broccoli. I received my order and there was mushrooms on it and it did not taste right it was watery so the manager advised it was missing cheese so she took it out and brought it back out again with mushrooms which I asked the first time to not be on there and then when I tried it. It still did not taste right so I ended up just taking it home because I was annoyed with my experience that night. Granted my boyfriend ordered the same thing and his tasted perfect. We got back home as we live in a different city and I was heating my food up. When I mixed it around I found this flying bug in my food. It has long wings and a decent body size. I was angry at this point. We called the restaurant and they hung up on me the first time and then my boyfriend called and they said the manager would call back and they never did. He posted on ******* and somebody reached out but never responded back to him for resolution after he responded I sent two messages through carrabas complaint line. To date I have not received a response and this happened on 12/10/22. I am frustrated as I have been to multiple carrabas and never had this kind of experience. I would like a refund as we spent $105.18 for the I convenience and I would like my order done the correct way by a different carrabas as I am too disappointed with the Greensboro location.
