      I was at Kabuto Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 11:30am and my drink order is wrong and I am sitting at the end of the table where I can not reach the griddle. I ordered extra rice and some of my rice was going to others that did not order extra rice. Also my party and I were not offered sauces. We had to say we went ginger and white sauce. I am so upset. Based on how my party was treated I did not tip based on what happened to me so I will file a complaint of fraud if you put a tip on payment slip. I want my money back. I will continue to give everyone the feedback and mistreatment I received at Kanutos and the callous behavior of the Manager and Staff if this matter is not rectified. The Manager is a liar and refused to take accountability for bad service and mistreatment.

      Dr ****** ******* and another guest were seated at 11:45 on July 5, 2023. It wasn't until Dr. ******* wrote a note to the server on a copy of the receipt that any "issues" were made aware to the server, the chef, or to management. At this point Dr ******* and her guest had already left the restaurant. After reviewing the footage of the table it appears that the chef did in fact pass out sauces in a normal timeframe and manner. It then appears that the chef gave both Dr ******* and her guest two full servings of rice then the chef passes out the remainder of rice which typically leads to the chef passing out any leftover rice which he did, both Dr ******* and her guest received more rice at this point as well as others at the table. Both Dr ******* and her guest took togo boxes which seemed to be a good bit of food remaining seeing as these were lunch portions. Again after speaking with the server and chef none of this was brought to either of their attention nor was the manager asked for or flagged down in any way while doing standard table checks. We reached out to Dr ******* explaining all of this which left her unsatisfied. We wont be adjusting the bill and we are satisfied with her not returning after this fabricated complaint. This seems like a lot of effort over $4 extra rice which makes me believe she believes her memory of this encounter to be correct. To limit any further confusion I'm attaching the video footage of the chef doing the sauces and the rice distribution.        I am rejecting this response because:
      This video did not show the chef not asking us if we want sauce nor Dow it show the  overt rice distribution to other guests who did not pay for rice.  This restaurant is fabricating things as I asked to speak to the man’s her and even waited 30 minutes after the table left and no one showed. I want my refund and I did not leave a tip but Kabuto fraudulently tried ti give themselves a tip.
