I recommend Five Star Roofing of ********** as an excellent roofing company. The work was done in one day. They were very considerate of my home and property. I worked with *********************, who ensured my insurance company was provided with the correct information. I am glad that Five Star Roofing was the company I code to work with.

I had 3 companies give me free inspections for possible roof damage. ******************* with 5 Star was the only one who did a thorough inspection and explained the storm damage found and the process of contacting my insurance company. **** took care of the process from start to finish, going above and beyond on some extra details. Thanks to his thorough inspection, new gutters were also approved and replaced. The roof replacement was completed in 1 day and the team did an excellent clean-up job. Thank you, **** and 5 Star Roofing for a great experience and a beautiful new roof, gutters and downspouts and for getting this job done for my insurance deductible! There are many reasons for replacing a roof, but when we identify the reason as storm damage we certainly think educating homeowner about utilizing their insurance policy to offset the cost is another way we can bring value. We are very pleased with our new roof and experience with 5 Star Roofing. ***** was an excellent representative leading us painlessly through the process from start to finish. He was here when the insurance adjuster inspected our roof, facilitated our claim, contacted the *** and city permitting. ***** made sure we understood all parts of the contract including what could result in extra expense. Due to his careful initial inspection no extra expense occurred. 3 days after *** approval we had a new roof and ***** was on site to answer any questions we had during installation. We had concerns our 18-year-old roof would result in a large outlay of personal funds or the insurance company would only repair damage from a 90+ mph windstorm that struck our area. Our only outlay was the $1000 deductible. 5 Star is truly a 5 *************5 Star Roofing & Restoration, LLC Response

Let me start by saying Sergio with 5 star is the man. On another level with customer service. Our experience with Five Star Roofing was exceptional. After speaking with several companies about our roof replacement, their salesperson, Kyle, stood out as the most responsive. He listened carefully to our concerns, helped us make key decisions, and delivered a proposal that covered everything as we expected. He took the time to guide us through the process, ensuring we fully understood what was to come, and made no attempts to sell us unnecessary upgrades. Their pricing was competitive, and they showed impressive flexibility in coordinating with our schedule. Randy and the rest of the installation team made sure the project was completed on time (in a day and a half) and to our specifications - a testament to their commitment and reliability. Kyle came by at the day's end to make sure everything was cleaned up and even checked with our neighbors to make sure nothing was disturbed on their property.
