6/8/23 : Attempted to place order online and website glitched at checkout, had to refresh and start over. Didn’t realize it had changed my location for ordering to another city. Attempted to call store multiple times to cancel but no one would answer. Calling to cancel is the only option to cancel once it’s placed per the website. Was promised a refund when someone finally answered and that it would be 3-5 days. Still have no refund. Called store for update and the girl said no manager was available but that I was issued a partial refund because I “should have been more careful “. Still have received no refund and am still expecting a full refund. Location #**** * **** ******* ******* *********** ** ****** * ******************* Have submitted a request to the website with no response. No phone is available to contact customer service. Total of order $32.01Customer response
