      I placed an online order for a set of skate trucks for $51.58 [order #********] on July 17th for which I received July 22. A few days later I noticed that there was a defect in the items which led me to photograph the issue and write to the seller on the 26th inquiring about an exchange. They responded the next day by asking what was wrong with the order (although it was clearly visible). After I pointed out the issue they responded again that I should deal with the manufacturer about it. At the point, July 27th, I clearly stated that I wanted to return the items and asked for a return number. No response. I wrote back again stating that I wanted to return the order and again was met with no response. As I was within their shop guidelines for returns I wrote informing them that I was returning the order and then mailed the order back to them via USPS on July 28 (tracking **********************) paying the $11.80 in postage myself. The package was delivered on Monday July 31. No response. No refund. Even after contacting the seller through PayPal, no response no refund. I am escalating the case through PayPal as well. I just want a refund, which is well within my rights. I wish I had read the BBB review of this business before I ordered from them. I never would have supported such an enterprise.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
      I had made payment through Paypal and had also filled a complaint with them which was settled yesterday (the 24th) with Paypal refunding my purchase.

      I do not know if the seller even responded to Paypal.

      I consider this settled on my end but would like the buying public to be aware of this seller's actions and behavior towards customers.

      I placed an order and paid in full for two items and only received one of the two. The order number is ******** The item I did not receive is item number ***** The company has not responded to any of my numerous contact attempts. I am seeking a refund to my payment issued for item number *****

      I ordered a surf board and returned it and was told they would refund my money so long as it was unopened and returned within 30 days. I have not received my refund of $302 and they have not returned any of my attempts to contact them.

      Purchased a snowboard online from Board Paradise on March 4, 2022. Order ********, the amount was 749.99 and 1.99 for extra shipping charge. Total 751.98. They sent the wrong snowboard and they did not have the one I purchased. The one I purchase was called the Golden Orca and the one they sent was the Orca. Both are made by Libtech. I sent the wrong snowboard back on March 10 and they were going to issue the refund when they received it. I sent them an email on March 10 that I had sent the snowboard back. On March 18 I sent another e-mail letting them know I had not received the refund yet. No reply. On March 28 I sent another e-mail letting them know I still did not get the return to my credit card. Finally they replied on March 29, apologized and said the return had been issued. I received a email showing the return amount of 751.98 on 3/29/22, and the order status was changed to refunded. On April 8 I still did not have the refund so I sent another e-mail letting them know. On April 14 I had to send another e-mail because there was no reply again. April 15 they replied and said a few other people had the same issue and they were working to resolve it. On April 20 I sent another e-mail letting them know I still did not get the refund. I also told them I would dispute the first charge if they did not get the refund to me asap. They sent a screen shot of the refund they processed on their computer. I did not dispute the original charge. I hoped I would get the refund. It is April 28 now and I have still not received the refund to my credit card. I even called their retail store, spoke to someone who was going to check on it when they went to their main office, and call me back. I never received a phone call back or an e-mail. All I want is the money refunded to my credit card. I will definitely never buy anything from Board Paradise again.
