            Rental works was hired to drop off a ***** **** at a local school. When they returned to pick the machine up, it was too wet for them to get it out. They drove across the school's soccer field with their work truck and winched the ***** **** across the soccer field. Rental works did about 15k worth of damages to the soccer field. Rental works was notified of the damage. I was told by his employees that William **** (owner of Rental Works) simply refuses to pay for the damage of file an insurance claim. I have filed a police report and they are investigating. The school has video evidence of the damage occurring at the hands of Rental Works employees. I expect William **** and Rental Works to accept responsibility for their careless negligence and repair the soccer field.
