+My name is ****** *****. Owner of ********** ***** ******** ***. I purchased a 2013 Mack CXU 613 Vin# ***************** on 08/30/2021 the salesman was Jason S******. Before I could take delivery of the 2013 Mack, Jason said that the turbo needed to be replaced before it would be released to me. I agreed. On September 27, 2021 I texted Jason a screenshot of an engine code prompted by check engine light. The code was SA 0 SPN 103 FMI 9. Jason told me to call the service department to set up an appointment and I did. I have made several appointments to have work done to my truck in the Charlotte location but the issue with the turbo was never addressed because the check engine light would cut on and cut off. On November 24, 2021 I tried to do a regen on my truck which caused one of the injectors to fail. That incident led me to the Mack Dealership in Greensboro NC. After the diagnostic and repair of the Fuel injector Robert P***** (sales advisor Greensboro ) told me that I had an exhaust leak at the gasket at Turbo. I told him that the turbo was put in by Charlotte Mack and it should be warranted. I took my truck and began to run loads again. The check engine light came back on and this time it wouldn't go off. I returned it to Mack in Greensboro to have an airline replaced and discussed with Robert to fix the Turbo as well. CJ (Charlotte) sent Robert the repair order done in Charlotte for the turbo repair. Me and Robert talked to Jeremy (Charlotte) yesterday and Robert sent Jeremy the estimate for the repair which I have attached. Today when I reached out to Jeremy he exclaimed that used truck sales (Jason) denied the estimate for repair. When I talked to Jason today he said that he paid service to repair the Turbo and that's not his call, that's a Service department issue. I had problems with this turbo since I pulled the truck off of the Mack dealership. The ball didn't drop with me. I did not install the part. Why would you install a brand new turbo and hook it up
