On Tuesday August 15th I went in to have a cashiers check made. Upon arrival they informed me they had once again went up on their fee for cashiers check. At this time I requested to have my account closed in which the response was all they could do was empty my account at the time. I agreed to this and took my cash I had in my account putting my account at $0.00. Fast forward to August 16th and I have an over draft in my account of ***** dollars. Since I did have some bills to pay I drove to the atm located at this location to deposit ****** dollars back into the account. Their ATM then ate 60 dollars in 5 dollar bills and spit a 100 dollar bill back out. I then went inside and informed them of the situation and they said it was not their problem that they didn't manage the **** All they could do is file a dispute and a manager would have to do this and also could not address the overdraft in my account at the time. How convenient. As always little remorse was shown and I was told I needed to be nicer. Also they allowed a fraudulent company to bill me for 200 dollars after I requested it be stopped. This happened 2 months prior to the current incidence. I spoke with ***** who assured me she would handle this herself. After numerous messages left I never heard back from her and I finally gave up on the matter. This is not right to treat people like this especially when dealing with their hard earned income. They have charged me overdraft fees numerous times due to their negligence of waiting ***** hours before posting small charges onto your account. I would love to have this issue resolved and be refunded my ****** dollars that are owed to me by United **************

She locked card where I could not use to pay water bill at residence where my sister last lived. I keep water and lights connected because I want people to think someone is living in house and pay bills out of this account like I always have. Account in question is *********0.
