On 12/13/22 the manager left a note stating that they entered my apartment to allow a professional to treat it for bugs. I requested the service, and it was completed 12/06/22. The service was completed 12/6/22. On 12/13/22 my apt was reentered with no prior notice. There was no need to reenter and no notice about a second service. This is violating my right to privacy. I feel violated. This is an unprofessional method that I do not want to happen again. I believe this issue along with other issues that are unprofessional handling tenants that deserve protection and privacy. One more incident (10/13/22) is regarding tenants that have dogs and allow dogs to defecate in private areas that should be the tenants privilege to enjoy. Some tenants feel that others do not have the right and are intentionally depriving me of my personal space. I do not take this lightly and again feel violated, my rights to live at this apartment place is being disturbed by unfair and intentional acts. This act and others are committed by a neighbor who is committing things that are intimidating and are difficult to punish for. They come from a selfish tenant that is allowed to continue committing acts that cause a person to live uncomfortably. A tenant should have the benefits to enjoy living just as others because we pay to live here. I am a faithfully paying tenant. This needs to be brought to the attention of corporate managers and I want a fair chance to live here if I pay to be there.

Received a car January 1st as a gift, parked it in the visitors spot. The leasing office has been closed since Christmas Eve. I emailed them letting them know that i needed a parking pass and i was currently parked in visitors. Come January 3rd and I finally get an email back saying to come and get one. Walked outside and my car wasn't there. They said it was towed for not having a pass, how in the world was I supposed to get one when the leasing office has been closed for the past 2 weeks? Im 100% sure they do business under the table with the towing company who snagged my car, g vegas towing. Again i was in the VISITORS PARKING LOT.
