A drake coat for exchange it was a ******* Christmas thats all we wanted 2 boxes extra tuff kids boots had reciept yes a year old reciept but they can't just come whenever never out of box These kids parents are in the military so they only get from us at Christmas Someone else had already bought more boots for them I could understand if they were worn etc. I live 1 1/2 hour way don't come this way to ********** but to shop at Christmas spend over ****** at one time ************* a year Refund on boots and exchange coat thats itInitial Complaint

I received a $50 gift card in May 2020 for my birthday. It clearly says on the gift certificate, where it says the date of expiration, it days N/A. It has a signature from the manager on duty at the time it was purchased as well as initials on the back. I went in to the store 2 weeks ago to use it and was told that they stopped accepting those gift cards at the beginning of this year. The on-duty manager said there was no one to call and nothing he can do about it. I filled out the contact ** form on the site but no one ever called. There are federal and state regulations to protect consumers against businesses stealing their money by choosing to no longer accept a gift card that was paid for!
