I just want to let you know you have lost business due to ********’s inability to be professional!! We have spoken numerous times with her over the last few weeks about removing ( and then hopefully getting something else) an awning purchased by the original homeowner ***** ******* many years ago!! She has scheduled for someone to come out without even having this persons schedule!! She has told us someone would come to remove only to then say no, someone has to look first!! We confirmed yet another appointment for today and I’ve been home all morning waiting only for her to tell us the appt was not confirmed!! She appears to be clueless in her job. She then tried to schedule us again for today at 3:30!! However we are done. We have since contacted the awning company in Rocky Mt who gladly work 2 days a week in **********!! Upon calling ******** to let her know we’ve gone elsewhere Amy picks up to say your company no longer wants our business! The feeling is mutual I can assure you but again how unprofessional. Most companies go with the motto the customer is always right! While we don’t do a lot of awning business nor do we know many people who do you can bet should it come up we will share how rude ******** and Amy are and just an FYI we did ask to speak to ********’s boss in hopes to clear this up and move on but she was certain that she does not have one! In addition going back to confirming our appt for today we did indeed call yesterday afternoon (we do work maybe most of your customers don’t) and leave a message only for ******** to say she got off work at 2:00!! As a first time customer how would we know that?? Good business is to call the customer and confirm - not expect that we would!! Even though we damn well did because unlike ********’s time, our time is valuable!!-- Mr. and Mrs. **********
