              Today, October 20, 2021 I went into exchange an item which I was informed was on sale after I purchased the original. I did not see any signage or get any direction from any of the store employees that I couldn't return it under any circumstances. I was informed that I had to go back to the receipt and look at the very bottom at the tiny little type that said that. I tried to just come up with something that would work for both of us and instead got a very rude response from the manager. This manager also told me under no circumstances would he allow me to contact the owner.
