I purchased a car from auto store in Greenville ** on 4/25/2023 after purchasing car 3 hours later check engine light come on I called the dealership and spoke to manager ************* had me to bring the car to him and he scanned the car with a obd code reader and turn light off and said drive it it comes back on set a appointment with service department I made appointment they looked over the car scanned it and said its good I drove the car back from ********* ** to Greenville the light came back on so I went strat to **** again to let him know he said that the service department is where I need to gool back to I called set a day for me to return I get there and manager *** says he yells me he's delt with my kindd of people before and that I will have to pay out of pocket I return to ******* explain to him he sent me to midas and they found a part that was defaulted replace it on 5/16/2023the light comes back on again for same part 7/20/2023 midas fixed it again on7/26/2023 the lights on again for same part and this is an ongoing problem that is not getting resolved I have asked *** the regional manager a week after purchasing the car to refund and take care back he declined the offer I still have stuff on my paperwork that was promised to be fixed within first 30days and was given the run around and stalled to the point warranty was voided and Im stuck with a car that has issues since purchased but was not informed about any of them before puchased I have voice recording of trying to call and have car fixed or exchanged or refunded I've contacted and have messages from owner of all car lots for this company and was declined to fix or investigate what is going on if need to print and summit I have tryed every way possible and is running out of options
