March 27, 2023 I arrived at my property to find **** from ARM doing a soil evaluation for ***********************. ***** does not own nor has he ever owned my property. This man had apparently made an offer on the property 7 months prior to my purchase.Since I was in need of a soil evaluation I hired this company to evaluate the soil for 2 septic systems. They immediately billed me $445. **** told me it would take 2 weeks. I paid the invoice. I heard nothing from them. On the 16th day I called to see what progress was being made. I was told it was being worked on. I called once a week for 4 additional weeks. At the beginning of May I was told I would have a rough draft the next day. A few days later I called again and was told that **** needed to go back out to the property. Tired of excuses I fired this company that day in May. I went to the Onslow County *********** May 17, applied and paid for a Septic permit for both of my properties on ***** Hollow. I acquired a septic permit 3 weeks later with no assistance from ARM.I did write bad reviews about this company. Their were several similar bad reviews. The Owner contacted me in early August and asked how to resolve this. I told him there is no resolution since I was forced to acquire my own septic permit and received nothing from them, not even communication. The Owner stated that I had somehow fallen through the cracks. Hard to believe since I called once a week for 5 weeks. Today September 11, 2023 6 weeks since I spoke to the company Owner, I received an invoice for $647.50 from ARM. The invoice states they completed the site plan prep and review April 15th. If that was the case then I would not have fired them in May. I received nothing. Paid $445 for nothing.I will not be paying them for services not rendered or fictitious services. I do not want to hear from this company again. In addition...my reviews were removed by this company. I reposted them and will continue to do so in perpetuity.
