The landlord bought the trailer park went up on everybody's rent now sends us out another notice telling us that if we don't get the water bill under control they're going to up the rent again to offset the water bill the trailers are over 40 years old they're run down they're falling apart he's refusing to do any work on the trailers because he doesn't have the money to fix them I have nowhere else to go no one in the trailer park has anywhere to go what are we to do where did I lost weights we've tried to talk to him and he will not entertain it someone needs to let him know that he cannot continue to keep going up on the rent it's not our problem that he bought a trailer park and overpaid for it that's him and he should have to take the loss not all of us out here we all need some help we have nowhere to go and we can't afford to go from 7:50 any higher h*** we pay $750 in rent and half our light bills out here almost $300 a month but the man doesn't seem to give a **** is there any way somebody can find a loophole that this man has found to use to his advantage to take advantage of the tenants if you call this man and tell him that I'm the one following the complaint it is a for sure thing he will put me out of this trailer I'm not sure what we can do I was asked to make the complaint on behalf of myself and several of the other tenants hoping that someone can reach out to him and let him know that he has a law or there's some law that he has to abide by and he can't take advantage and keep up in the rent up in the rent without at least making some repairs in these trailers I got electrical issues I got water issues I got floor issues and he's aware of all of this but like I said he refuses to do any repairs to the trailers because he claims they don't have it in the budget please please whoever reads this please try to help us out I would greatly we all would greatly appreciate it if we can get some help with this situation thank you have a good evening feel free to reach out to me I have left my number and my address I'd be happy to speak with someone about the matter for further details okay thank you have a good evening
