Air conditioner system was installed just prior Covid 19 pandemic without all of the necessary parts, including a space for a filter. Tried to get the problem resolve since that time but nothing has happened to date I would like the missing parts installed and the warranty extended do to the damage caused by the filter being missing.Business response

We never left his system with out filtration. We have to have access to the home to be able to come up with a better solution for filter changing. We reached out to **************** this morning and he said he is not available this week. He said he will call us next week to let us know when we can come back to take care of this for him.Customer response
