    I hired this company to do a move for me on October 13th, 2023. The owner *************************, sent two workers for one in a small box truck where all of the items didnt fit. One of his workers by the name of ****** had broken my dresser drawer. I had explained to ****** that my drawers werent meant to come out and to not take them out in which he did anyway. When I noticed that he had placed my drawers in two of them were off track and broken. I reached out to ******************** in regards to the matter he stated that he would come out personally to fix my ******, instead he sent another two of his workers to fix my issue only to find out that my rail was broken and it needed to be replaced. He then stated that he would go to the store to find the exact rail and come back to fix it. The guy came back with a different and shorter rail and attempted to fix my drawer but the rail was too short and he contacted **** and advised him of the issue and that he would come back the next day to fix my issue with the correct rails. He took my old rails with him and took off the new rails that he purchased with him. I found the next morning my old broken rails outside of my front door. I took a picture and sent a text message to **** and advised of this issue and asked him if my issue would be corrected, he never responded. I sent a request on cash app to get half of my money back and he never responded. I reached out to him again today, Monday October 23rd, 2023 he told me that he wasnt fixing anything nor will he send any of my money back because he sent his guys out to fix my drawer but my drawer doesnr have any rails on it nor is it fixed.     Speaking to **** and thought I would be taking care of I moved on a Thursday,2guys showed up on time and I told them, the heavy stuff needs to be done today. The guys knew I had asked for 4 hours and so did the owner. I was packing and boxing my stuff and realized the guys were boxing my stuff too, they moved very slow. They were very nice but when i noticed on the clock it was already 1pm and the truck wasn't even full and we were leaving. I called ****, his response was don't worry we will finish your move and my guys got you. I felt ensured I'd be ok. I called several times more and texted. NEVER did i ever mention to move the rest of my stuff or give ok to go to 8pm and I'd pay for it. I should have been more confrontationl and just had them stop. I was only expecting and asked for a 4 hour move and thats all that should've been done and paid, they charged me through 8pm-$1100+ later and of course didn't take credit card. They also stopped for food but I shouldn't be responsible to pay for a break. I helped unload the truck to get it done faster because of the time it took them I just had them move everything into my garage. I had 2 bedroom sets and kitchen and living room furniture to move. My furniture and boxes were held in hostage of the moving truck, because once its' loaded, what am I going to do tell them that is it? They didn't even finish the job I had to come back two days more to pack and finish and hire someone else. He offered to come and help move saturday morning and had an excuse for rain and said he would give me back a measley $100 and then would come Monday. But by then I saved him the trip/costs and he still wouldn't give me back any money. you can't dispute any charges not being able to accept credit card. They damaged my front door and scratched my walls of my new house and the kitchen floor plugging in my fridge, and my new ****** furniture was scratched and the paint came off. They didn't come back to fix it.
