** told me he would fix my oil filter housing gasket and bearing fir $85. I also added a powersteering tubibg. He said the tubing took about 4 hiurs to s**** on and attach. This should have only taken about ***** minutes. He charged me$255. My rear oassenger side light civer was missing and he did not refill the oil in my car. He said he put in 2quarts but he lied because when I put oil in my car, the same amount is still there. He told me that he would look at the video camera to see if someone stile my rear light civer but I havent heard anything from him. It has been 4days. Also, he said the credit card machine wasnt working so I had to pay him cash. My car had ouly black fingerprints on the inside and outside of my car. I had to clean my car. He doesnt care or did this to me because I am a woman and felt he ciuldReview from ROXIE C

When I initially took my vehicle there I had no major issues, I needed my hoses replaced in my power steering pump ($400.00.) Two weeks after I got it back (took 1 day) one of my hoses messed up and I had to take it back. Two weeks after that my starter went out ($460.00) that took 3 days. Six days after getting it back my car stopped cranking again. Had it towed to the shop on a Thursday was told I would have it back by the following Tues, it took a week ($331.00.) That same evening I tried to turn on my radio, no result. Took my car to another shop they test my fuse and told my I'm getting no electricity to my fuse (never had an electrical issue.) Off Hook is refusing to acknowlege causing any issues ever or even attempt to help fix my radio. This is the absolute ********** I've encountered from ******* to **************.
