8/21/22 during a travel consultation for my nieces ****** wedding, I told ***************************, owner of Roaring Travel Destination, may desire for a partial ocean view and that my sons would be included, though not yet confirmed. She proceeded to price a Jr ***** that sleeps (7). There was NEVER a discussion about a different price than what was invoiced. I paid in installment the full balance. During my final payment I added my sons names as discussed only to to told it costs more money. I was completely unaware and not advised that I would need to pay more than the invoiced amount and I needed to be rebilled. I would not have booked this trip with her because I wouldve been able to get a more affordable rate elsewhere.. I was not informed initially that it would be additional money required to at my two sons until the final payment, when I was completing my booking. Then instead of trying to work things out for me, and after taking over $1900.00 she said to add them at the desk when I arrived in ******, really?? This is completely unacceptable apart from the fact that the resort doesnt even do business in that manner! They require going through the same travel agents. Again, bad info!!
