            Maple Springs came to cut down a few trees and remove debris. I signed a contract and they were supposed to remove a fallen tree for addition money and I agreed. They had young workers who destroyed my yard and left without doing the things they were supposed to do. The tree that I paid extra for them to remove is still there. Also there is still debris that they did not take. I.E. tree limbs. Today I spoke with the girl in the office about the remaining bill because one person told me one thing and she said that she was who I was supposed to talk to about the bill. ***** told me that. She also said that since the bill was sent out that was too bad . Insinuating they were finished. I told her I had talked to the male in charge but didn't matter. If she sends the bill they are finished even if they have not adhered to the contract.My contract says that they are supposed to pick up that one fallen tree which I paid additional money for and all the debris. Not only what they want to take with them.I want them to honor their contract by doing those two things. That was all that I asked for nothing that wasn't on the contract. Just what I paid for..

            Maple Tree Service is unprofessional, unresponsive, irresponsible, and customer service is non-existent. I've waited 3 months for them to begin the service they promised. I'm still waiting. Even after attempts to get responses from them--NOTHING!

            This customer has property that was overgrown in vines and brush. We were unable to get in and address the trimming she required. We gave her the contact information of a contractor to remove the overgrown areas then she was to contact us when that work was done so we could gain access. . To this date there has been no effort on her part to get the overgrown areas taken care of.

            ******, we are sorry that you feel like you have received poor service.

            To be clear, a formal estimate was never done and a contract for work was never signed by you. The estimator stated that you needed to clear out the overgrowth of vines and brush in your yard in order for us to be able to do any work on your trees. We gave you a recommendation for someone better suited to help you clear your yard and asked you to please call us when it was completed.

            We apologize for any misunderstanding that you may have had but again, no estimate was formally done nor was any contract for tree work was signed by you.
