Maple Springs came to cut down a few trees and remove debris. I signed a contract and they were supposed to remove a fallen tree for addition money and I agreed. They had young workers who destroyed my yard and left without doing the things they were supposed to do. The tree that I paid extra for them to remove is still there. Also there is still debris that they did not take. I.E. tree limbs. Today I spoke with the girl in the office about the remaining bill because one person told me one thing and she said that she was who I was supposed to talk to about the bill. ***** told me that. She also said that since the bill was sent out that was too bad . Insinuating they were finished. I told her I had talked to the male in charge but didn't matter. If she sends the bill they are finished even if they have not adhered to the contract. My contract says that they are supposed to pick up that one fallen tree which I paid additional money for and all the debris. Not only what they want to take with them.I want them to honor their contract by doing those two things. That was all that I asked for nothing that wasn't on the contract. Just what I paid for..

Our office spoke to ***** on March 17, 2023, before invoice was sent to clarify if job was completed, as there were issues as ***** stated. However, when we spoke on the 17th of March, she made no indication that the job was not completed. But stated she was okay with the completed work. Final invoice was then sent. On the 20th of March, ***** called back very upset that she had received an invoice when work was not completed, etc. Her reasoning for not addressing the issue when we spoke on the 17th was because "she didn't think she had to tell me anything", even though I specifically asked if the issues had been resolved.

***** was set up for a payment plan, $2,500 upon completion of work and the remaining $1,100 to be paid over the next 3 months. $2,100 was received on 2/28/23 when the job was done. A discount of $500 was also provided to the customer for the damages caused to the yard. Leaving a remaining $1000 to be paid.

***** has yet to finish paying for the job per our agreement and the only thing that remains on site is the extra tree that was taken down but has not been removed due to non payment. She did finally send in a payment on the 24th of March for $400 after our conversations.

We were and are willing to work with *****, she has made things more difficult by changing her story and process multiple times.

The fastest way for this to be resolved is for maple springs to pick up the tree and the few branches from the pines that were cut. Need to contact me for day and time when coming to pick up. I will pay the residual money owed that day after pickup.
