            This business owns and runs a boat rental, due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances we had to reschedule our reservation originally scheduled for 08/01/2021. They offered us the earliest date of 10/03/2021. Throughout this wait period the company advertised several available dates but failed to offer them to us. When we recently asked for a refund they informed us they do not offer refunds. This policy is not stated anywhere on their business sites via ********* and ********. Their only policy states no refunds on deposits. We paid for our invoice in full for we were not offered the option to pay a deposit. When questioned on why we were not offered the earlier advertised dates, they stated because these boats were more expensive than the one we reserved. We would've been ready to pay more had this opportunity been presented to us but the company failed to do so until now that we are requesting a refund. This company has been very difficult to work with.

            My experience on 08/21 was Great I truly enjoyed the ride. Our Driver ****** explained the rules, regulations and safety all before we took off. ****** was AWESOME he was very professional and explained to the best of his abilities the questions I asked ( which I asked a lot) I will be doing this ride again in the future but on **** Lake,( ***** Lake was nice but the bathroom needs more light around the area ). Thank you BBB Boat Rentals for a Pleasant Experience.
