I arrive at approximately 9:30 p.m. on June 3,2022 atOyo Hotel Kerr Lake at ****** ** ** ********* NC. My initial check in occurred around 10:10 p.m. My family proceeded to our room ****** I unlocked the door to find someone else was in the room already. We returned to the office to get another room. Upon arrival at the second room *****, the beds were unmade, soda bottles sitting around and the bathroom was filthy. On our third trip to the office I was unsure of what to do seeing that I had three tired kids with me. The receptionist offers us a third room (****. Myself and the receptionist go to the room. The room looked clean so I gathered my family and entered. We got ready and went to bed. I was awakened by an intense itch. I turn on the lights and I found that the source of the itch was bedbugs.
