08/03/2023 I went to purchase tires the man told me if I buy all 4 and new tires he will give me a free alignment and if I paid cash he didn't have to tax me and if I paid with card he did have to tax me so I paid cash well I watched them do 3 cars that morning and offered those people the same deal just different amounts due to different sizes and makes of tires well they did something to my car while aligning that they didn't do to the others I did question it due to the owner of the shop also owns a used car lot and that's where I bought my car and prefer to take it to since they are familiar with it already so i left the shop I noticed my car didn't feel right and the steering wheel wasn't straight so I got on a straight stretch of road and seen the car pulled to the right very hard so as I went to correct the pull to the right I noticed it felt as if the car was skating kind of like turning right slid left and turning left slid right almost as if the wheel nuts wasn't on tight and the tires were loose to make the steering different/difficult. I recorded as I was driving what was happening and sent it to the owner of the shop he told me to take it back when I did that they told me to bring it back on Monday so the guy that did the alignment can be the one to redo whatever needs to be done.. I did that and they asked me to leave it for a couple days which I'm not able to do without some understanding and a rental or loaner car due to what ever was going on had to be something they did wrong cause my car wasn't doing that before they touched it.. I do not feel safe in this car as of right now. I've tried reaching out to him the car lot the repair shop and I'm not getting no where with that I cant be without a vehicle due to another's mistakes or quick unsafe work.
