      Purchased three pairs of pants on 5-29-24, for $96.**.Purchased for elderly woman. Pant material wasnt what she was looking for, and pants were not even tried on.Reviewed return policy on the BonWorth website. Directions were to send return merchandise and request to an address. Sent package and later looked up tracking number since had not received a refund. Package delivered on 6-18-24. Called BonWorth on 7-1-24 to inquire when will I receive a refund? Explained per tracking, they received package two weeks ago and no refund. They took the tracking number, said theyd have to locate the returned merchandise, then I could expect an email on Friday (7/5).No email, no refund received. Called BonWorth on 7-8-24, asked why I hadnt received email as promised, nor received refund? They apologized without stating why I hadnt received either, and said I should get email on Wednesday 7-10-24 to inform me of refund being processed. No email, nor refund received. Called BonWorth on 7-11-24 and nobody even answered their phone.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Initially I received an email from BonWorth on Friday, 7/12/24 at 6:53 PM CST stating "Your order has been refunded
      Total amount refunded: $86.40 USD. It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account."

      In my online credit card account, I could see the refund from BonWorth listed as "pending".  The pending refund was there until about twenty-four hours after I received the email from BonWorth.  Now, there is not even any transaction listed for a refund from BonWorth.  It has disappeared, and my total pending amount for the account is $0.00.

      Good morning,

      ************** was refunded on July 12th, and her refund was debited from our account and reversed to Ms. ****** credit card.

      Each credit card company updates their refunds under their processing time, some by removing the charges, some reversing, or crediting.

      We've seen 3 to 5 business days being the processing time from most of the credit cards, although standard timing could take up to 10 days.

      This is the processing time from the client's credit card company as the refund from BonWorth as the merchant was completed on July 12th.

      I returned merchandise to Bonworth. According to my **** tracking information, the return was received on April 25th. According to the return policy of this business, I included a copy of my original order with a request that the amount of the return ($98.00) be applied to the credit card I used for purchase. I have not received that credit. I have emailed the company twice and received no response. I also called the company and left a message, but have received no response.

      I paid $68.23 for four pairs of Capri pants and 1 kimono top. I returned the pants for a smaller size (exchange) and the top for credit. To date, I have received 2 pairs of pants in the correct size. I am owed 2 pairs of pants and credit for the top.This order dates back to Dec 20th of 2023. Attempts to contact customer service have been futile. Also, no response to emails.

      ************************ was refunded $25.42 on 3/15/2024 for the 2 Pants, and $8.48 on 3/22 for 1 Top, therefore refunded a total of $33.90.

       

      The refund amount reflects the discount deducted from the final purchasing price, plus full refund for sales taxes and shipping paid.

       

      Attached is the document showing each refund, the last 4 digits of the credit card that was refunded, and refund confirmation number.

       

      It may take up to 10 business days for the client's bank to post the refunds.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I am confirming returned funds in the amount of $33.90 in this matter. Although Bon Worths claim that taxes and shipping were refunded is in question, but I will consider this matter closed and call it a WIN!

      I placed an online order, #*****, on December 6, 2023. and charged it to my credit card.Upon receipt on December 21 or 22, only the Jewel **** Top was in the package. The packing slip indicated that I would receive a credit for the Short Sleeve Jewel **** Top that was NOT shipped.I sent an email to Bonworth **************** on December 27, 2023 regarding the credit. They have not responded. The credit should be for at least $11.99 plus 7% sales tax = $12.83, and perhaps a portion of the shipping cost. Quite frankly, the two tops were worth the shipping charge of $9.99 but one top is definitely not! If I had known that I would only get one top, I would NOT have placed the order at all. The top I did get was NOT worth $9.99 plus $9.99 shipping plus 7% sales tax.

      While I am glad that BonWorth FINALLY issued the credit I was due, I am NOT SATISFIED with their effort, or more precisely their LACK of effort. They shipped the item on December 18, 2023 and knew then that I was due a refund. However they did NOT issue my credit until March 12, 2024 ... most likely after I raised the issue! Shame on BonWorth and their partner, Shopify.

      It is impossible to speak to customer service at **********************. I have called the number given ************ over and over and have been told the mailbox is full!I purchased 4 items on September 13, 2023 at 1:45pm from online store. ( #*****) I advised them that ********** doesnt charge state tax on clothing because on a previous order # ***** they charged me state tax of $3.98. I wrote them a letter on July 27, 2023 which they completely ignored. . When I got my order in September I was charged state tax again and had to return one item. SKU: 48191!480l05 I included a letter with the return. Tracking the package it was delivered. Bonworth owes me $3.98 tax charge from July order and $17.99 from September return order plus sales tax of $6.29 for a total of $28.26.I greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!.

      On March 11, 2023 I called BonWorths customer service number to find out exactly what I needed to do to return items for a refund. I spoke with a lady named *** who told me to send them to *********************************************************************************. I returned several items of clothing to BonWorth Friday, March 13, 2023 by ***** Tracking number **** **** **** **** **** 14. BonWorth received the package March 13, 2023 at 12:28 pm but I have not received a refund.April 13, 2023 I called ************ and spoke to a lady who was unable to find anything regarding my return. I called her back within just a few minutes and gave her the tracking number. She said she would be calling me back. April 18, 2023 I called the same phone number as above. I received a recording telling me to submit my concern in an email.I submitted the email April 18, 2023.As of today, April 21, 2023, have not received any communication from anyone.
