I booked 2 rooms at the Days Inn ************** **. The rooms were non-refundable. I was guaranteed by the booking agent breakfast for 8 people was included. Upon arrival, I was told breakfast was not included. The hotel room was dirty, cigarette ***** in the bedspread, beat up furniture and moldy food in the refrigerator. When I tried to cancel the rooms because they were uninhabitable, the booking agent said hotel management refused. When I talked to management, a *************, told me I was interrupting a wedding with my problem. She screamed at me through the phone until I hung up on her. The ********************** needs to do something about this business - it casts a very poor light! ************* also told me they had a leak in the kitchen so no breakfast. The desk clerk said they hadnt had breakfast in months because of Covid-19, even though their marquee plainly states free breakfast. I dont know who is telling the truth!Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
While I accept the response from Wyndham, as they did give me ***** points, I still expect something to be done about the Days Inn, Hendersonville, itself. The owner of the hotel is who falsely claimed they provided breakfast and then she and the desk clerk told two different stories as to why it wasnt available for my party of eight people. Plus, when confronted with that problem, along with the dirty room, moldy food in the refrigerator, cigarette ***** in the bedspread and beat up furniture, she screamed at me over the phone. She needs to be held accountable for her ************* no one should be forced to stay in such a dirty, disgusting hotel!
