WATER ISSUES INSIDE VEHICLE (FOUND DURING TEST DRIVE) OTHER MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WERE PROMISED TO BE FIXED. GOT CONSTANT RUN AROUND AND EXCUSES FROM THE SALESMAN. FOUND EVEN MORE SERIOUS WATER ISSUES INSIDE VEHICLE AFTER SALESMAN TOLD ME VEHICLE WAS OKAY TO TAKE HOME FOR A WEEK UNTIL HIS MECHANIC COMES BACK (ILLNESS). PARTS DON'T COME IN, NO REPAIRS MADE, MECHANIC SICK. THE ONLY THING DONE WAS AN OIL CHANGE. BY THE WAY, I'M THE ONE THAT DISCOVERED ALL THE PROBLEMS I DO NOT WANT THE VEHICLE , THEY CANNOT "DRY" EVERYTHING AND MAKE IT ALL BETTER" THE WATER POTENTIALLY HAS CAUSED MILDEW, MOLD AND RUST IN ADDITION TO BEING ON ELECTRICAL WIRING/SENSORS I WANT MY $10,000 REFUNDED. THE DEALERSHIP WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY TEXTS. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A FEW YEARS, BUYING 4 CARS, PAYING CASH FOR ALL OF THEM....AND THIS IS THE WAY I'M BEING TREATED.Business response

We have had no chance to try to check the vehicle out. The customer has been asked numerous times to drop the vehicle off for us to have ************ check out. We will move forward from there after we have a diagnosis. The customer has not given us any chance to have the vehicle looked at or checked out by us to see what the complaints are. We are more than happy to help. Threats will not get us anywhere.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The water issue was supposed to be fixed by mechanic ( to clean tubes, which are drainage passages for the sun roof...never happened. ******************* even stated in a text to me that he was at fault for not communicating with the mechanic. The valve gasket apparently did not come in yet and the torn hose was not repaired. ****** said mechanic was sick and asked me to wait a week to bring car back in. IT HAS NOT BEEN A WEEK YET...this tuesday will make 7 days to honor his request. I will take it back, but no matter whether they think the problem is irreparable or not. I WILL not acept a car that has water inside Cleaning out tubes is not going to fix the immediate issue with saturated interior areas. How long has this been going on? How many times has water seeped into the car.. Upholstered sun roof visor, into seatbelts, floor carpeting and even into the mats with rubber backing.And why does ****** seem to think that the broken hose "does not do anything, anyway? If it's big and attached to the engine it must have a purpose.
Now the manager is offering me the option to trade . Why, will it be fair, $10,000 toward another used vehicle or will they attempt to rip me off again

I am rejecting this response because: We will negotiate, but I also requested what the procedure is for Coleman Freeman to locate/buy a vehicle I like from ANOTHER dealer and I would test drive it/have mechanic check it over,. before hand. I feel I am *********** this option since Coleman Freemans website states they can search cars of the ****************. I do'nt think I should have my hands tied to trading off their lot ONLYHopefully having more options coming my way will resolve the complaint quickly and we can move forward.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did, in fact, receive a refund check for $10,000. Two men came to my residence at 4pm 1-18-24 and picked up the vehicle.I signed a "Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale" (that did not seem authentic). Although ***** Freeman typed it to read "Sale is complete, nothing else is owed from buyer or seller"
The CAR part of the nightmare has been resolved.. . The MEDICAL part has not. As I have stated in complaint form to ************************ (consumer protection) I demand to be compensated for physical/emotional stress the dealership put me through and I will gather the medical bills from ************ ***************** and cost of the Hearing Monitor to submit ASAP.
Once this has been addressed, I will consider the whole matter to be reconciled and Coleman Freeman can rest assured that I will never attempt to do business with them again.
