This purchase took place on November 9, ******************** **************, ** My sister and I were pursuaded to try cosmetic products at this store and we were each provided a facial using their products. The employees involved were **** and ****. I agreed to purchase the facial care line for *******. **** took both our emails and said he would send us instructions on how to use the products. We never received an email. We then called the phone number on the receipt which belonged to a person name *******************************, a person unaffiliated with the business. I spoke with A Hermetise customer service representative (who is mentioned in a complaint on your website). She asked me to send her an email explaining the situation. I told her that **** told my sister and I were promised free facials and we never contacted as promised. She emailed back and asked if we had tried to contact the store with the phone number on the receipt. I advised her that we did and if was not a legitimate phone number. The next day, their was an additional charge of ****** on my credit card that I never authorized. That information was emailed to ********* and we still have had no response. It appears that this business model has been a scam all over the world and that the ************** store was sited on your website with a comment from 12/2020. ********* is also mentioned in another complaint on 4/15/2020. This company continues to operate internationally despite all of the reports of scams, poor customer service and poor quality products. In my case it is those but more importantly a fraudulant charge of ****** to my credit card. The fact that the store phone number is a fake is another concern. I want to warn others of this deceptive practices and illegitimate credit card charges and unhelpful customer service that goes back years. How can this be?Business response

I have personally spoke with ********************** and in an attempt to satisfy her, even though our return policy is No Refunds, Exchange only, we agreed to refund her the $427.00 for the misunderstanding.
She accepted our offer, but before we could process the refund she disputed the $427 and I let her know we will not fight her dispute.
We are always available and committed to providing the services that were paid for.

I am rejecting this response AT THIS TIME because I am still in the process of discussing my options with **** of America MasterCard. I am trying to wrap this up during my Christmas vacation and it is difficult. As the $427 fraudulent charge is coupled with my dispute with the $3,500 charge, I cannot say agree to the resolution at this time. The $427 charge was bogus and contrived based on my signature for the $3500 charge. It was NOT a misunderstanding as claimed by whoever (************** or *******************?) in the offer of refund, as much as I appreciate the BBBs work on this issue.Please give me another week.
