Brought my 2012 ***** Cruze to Goodhart for an oil change. Had no leaks, no issues, no problems before service. They claimed that the previous oil change (******************, *****, **) had resulted in an "oil pan tap" that damaged the oil pan. Again, had no leaks or problems before service at Goodhart Motors. They attempted a repair, changed the oil, and charged me ******. The repair failed within 2 days, and after not working with me on applying that $ towards an oil pan replacement, would not refund my money either. I confirmed with ****************** that they DO NOT tap oil pans. Not surprising, considering there were no leaks after the service at ****************** which lasted for **** miles. ** my opinion, and after the investigation I've done on my end, Goodhart Motors not only would not refund me (disputed transaction on my Discover card), but refused to apply the cost of their "fix" towards an oil pan replacement. Absolutely shoddy work, even worse customer service. Please let me know what I can do to provide further documentation or evidence.
