              I went through tons of bad shops who never could fix my car till a tow truck driver recommended me to Master tech. I had my car taken there. And after a little love the car is running exactly how its supposed to. I take my dads Audi, my girlfriends **** along with my *** any time we need anything from mechanical work to a simple oil change. *** referred friends as well who also were very satisfied with the work. They are a honest, and family ran business who takes care of your every need, and treats you as part of their family every visit. Even going as far to stay in contact and break down the reasons behind every repair. If you are looking for a shop that isnt just there for the money look no further. I honestly couldnt say enough good things. You needs to experience this shop to see how they should ALL work.

              They have a wonderful staff who work hard to get you in and out in a timely manner. Technicians are top notch and get the job done right. Great communication platform with a text messaging system that gives updates throughout your experience

              This is as professional as high end car maintenance can be found in Western NC. Its a large family ran business with highly trained professionals, Mercedes and BMW technicians who take the guess work out of car repairs. Because they know what their doing and have the best equipment available you save on all your repair needs! I am highly satisfied with their services and will be using Master Tech Auto for all our BMW maintenance.
