Liars!!!! Contacted Cabinet Door World about ordering custom sized cabinet doors. Received a prompt reply by email with helpful recommendations on sizing - was encouraging enough that I moved forward with the purchase. First warning sign was they wanted payment by Venmo - I should have stopped there but this was the only site that looked like they had a good match to the pattern of my existing cabinets. A year later and I'm still out $200 bucks. Every time I contacted them I'd be told "there's just 1 more step" and then "it'll ship next week". Save yourself the time and embarrassment.

They lied to me....double charged me and never called me back...I spoke to the president and he promised he would call me back...never happened. And the controller *****....she was worse. They still owe me money...not a word. Stay away

I agree with every review posted here. I ordered a single cabinet door in July 2023 and still have not received it. Paid my money by credit card; they even called ME two daus after my order to get payment. I have not heard a word since and my inquiries go unanswred. Buyer Beware!

I would like to warn others about Cabinet Door World. I made an order on July 25, 2023 at which time the business charged my credit card. I was told there would be up to a 6-week lead time. On September 6, I contacted the business at which time they said my oder would be out early the next week. On Oct. 23, I contacted them by phone and their email server and received no response. I did the same on Nov. 6. Again, no response. It seems clear from my experience and that of many others who have filed complaints, that the company will neither refund my money nor give me a product. Yet they continue to solicit orders on line.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We placed a $1200 order in April of 2023 via e-check. (They offer a 30% discount if you pay via e-check) Have been given the run around for months. Nobody answers the phone. A few emails have been returned, always promising shipping in 7 - 10 business days. They blocked my email, had to email from another address to get response, then they stopped responding. Most banks cant do anything after 90 days with an e-check. They keep you on the hook for over 90 days, promising the product, then you have no recourse to get your money back. BEWARE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered cabinet doors in July- 4-6 weeks for shipment. Weve called and email repetitively with almost zero response. The one response we got via email was only because we told them we were contacting the bank for a dispute on the charges. no one ever answers the phones and they are nearly impossible to contact. Buyer beware, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Now have had to file a chargeback with our bank to wait in return of funds.

BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS!We ordered cabinets from this sham company in Oct 2022. For five months they made broken promises and all kinds of excuses about why we didn't have our product yet. We were told all kinds of things, i.e. "they're in production", "they're being painted now", "they're in shipping and are going out on the next delivery", etc. This went on until March 2023 when we finally told them to give us a shipping number within 24 hours or we would have to pull the plug. We never heard from them and thus disputed the charge on our credit card. We never heard from them again. We went with another vendor who had beautiful cabinets made and installed for us within two months.Fast forward to Aug 2023 when they tried to charge our card again under the company name "Shop Cabinet Doors". We have disputed the charge and have now cancelled the card. This is hands down the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. I see from other reviews that they are now only accepting e-checks so customers will have no ability to get their money back. Shop elsewhere!!

I ordered 1 unfinished cabinet door on January 27, 2023. After numerous promises to ship the door "by the end of next week" I contacted the ******************** Attorney General and filed a complaint. Their process was very easy and an investigator followed up the next day, The ** sent a letter to CDW with a request for their side of the issue. Cabinet Door World failed to respond to the Attorney General but I did receive the door on September 16. It was short 2 of the four required hinges which were missing pieces.NEVER EVER buy from Cabinet Door World. Placed an order on 2/21/23 for 2 door fronts and 4 cabinet doors. Paid $781.61 and have yet to receive them. No one ever answers the phone and can only speak with someone through chat WHO is only the messenger. Here are the 3 reasons our order is not ready as of today 8/21/23 Excuse #1: Did not have the right paint color Excuse #2: Waiting on materials Excuse #3: The wood was warped Like the person below, we have been promised all different ETA's and no results. Not even an email as requested with an updated ETA.DO NOT DO BUSINESS with the people. If I could give no stars I would.

I wish I would've checked the reviews before making and paying for my order. This is an absolute nightmare. I have 2 orders with this company. One was put in on April 22, 2023 for 39 items consisting of cabinet doors, drawer fronts and drawer boxes. I am still waiting for them to even ship them. I was told twice in the last month that they will ship in 10 days and I will receive an email with the tracking number. I haven't received anything from them and on their website it still says in production. So I'm being lied to at this point. My customers are furious at this point and I will more than likely never get a call back from them for more work. It is sad that someone feels this is a good way to run a business. I think I'm going to have to dispute the charges and get my money back. I could've build the stuff myself in 3 weeks. This is all they do and can't get it done in 3 months. I just don't understand it. If I could put 0 stars I would. Don't use this company!
