      We started our process in July 2021. Our cabinet design was approved in September and we were promised an **** week turn around which did not happen. We did not receive our cabinets until Dec/Jan (possibly later). We had missing pieces and the installation was also not quality. During this waiting time we also had 3-4 different people in charge of our project all of whom were incapable of figuring anything out. I have requested many times that the company give us some type of compensation and now we are months without anyone return calls or emails. We are out thousands of dollars on an unfinished project that we could've done on our own!!! This company is trash and complete scam.

      My order initially began in December of 2021 with Cabinet Solutions Sales member selling me a complete kitchen and bathroom fabrication and installation. It is now October, 10 months later, and I have yet to receive a single cabinet from this manufacturer and have been told on numerous occasions delays in our installation date. There are weeks of lackluster communication and periods of attempts to instill confidence that our order is moving along, however, even after an extended period of time they have proven to be incorrect and the team continues to site a myriad of reasons for these never ending delays.This is well past a reasonable timeline to complete the job despite numerous attempts to visit on-site to resolve any communication or clerical issues. The fact is almost a year into our job, they still have not produced any product relating to it.

      I found this company online and contacted them about having custom cabinets made for my two bathrooms. The work order was completed and signed and I wrote a check for the full about of $4,000. I signed off on the design and hardware a few days later and I told the sales rep ************************* that I would be ready for them to install the cabinets in September.I have contacted them several times by phone and email to get an update and schedule installation. I received two canned email replies with the same exact message and still not received a response.I found two additional phone numbers and called to speak with someone. The ************ is on the work order, it goes straight to voice mail and the mail box is full so I cannot leave a message. I called the ************** I found online and left messages requesting a call from the sales rep since his card doesn't have a phone number on it. **************, Office: ************ *********************************************************** is the person that sent the same email response twice and not returned a phone call. I requested a refund that I paid in full due to their lack of communication and responsiveness. I've found reviews online and found they have a history of taking money and not delivering product.

      March 31, 2022, a representative, ******, from Cabinet Solutions came to my home to submit a bid for a small kitchen project. I accepted the bid and made a payment of $2162.00. After several weeks, ***** showed up to make measurements for the project. I left voice message after message for weeks with no return calls. in July, I was finally able to reach the gentleman, ****, who set up my initial appointment. He helped me to finally reach a live person. The manager, ***** , called and apologized that they would not be able to perform the job because of staffing problems. She said that she would issue a full refund the following Friday. The check never came. After waiting 6 weeks, I drove from ********* to Hickory to see *****, the manger. She met with me and promised, once again, that the refund would be issued the following week. Since the business phone was never answered, she gave me her personal cell number *************). She answered a few times, promising that the refund was handled. After 2 weeks, she stopped responding and no refund was issued. I finally reached an employee in September that took a message for the owner to call me. It is now October. After hundreds of messages, ***** including the manager ***** or the owner have handled the issue. The business numbers all go to voice mail and ***** has returned calls in over 6 months. Our only request is for the refund($2162.00)for the work that Cabinet Solutions was not able to perform.

      Cabinet Solutions installed cabinetry in our new house through our builder, *************************. Despite numerous attempts to contact ***** or ***** (owner) to come back and finish installing pull-out drawers, fix broken trash drawer, and fix several drawers that will not close properly, they will not return my calls or come back. It has been over a year we have been trying to get this done.

      My credit card was charged over $3000 dollars for cabinets I did not order, try to call the company and no one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. This guy has many different Ailias, and many many complaints. No cabinets were ordered from this company.

      On March 15th, 2022 I placed an order for cabinets from Cabinet Solutions. I paid $8,500 upfront (half of total cost $17k.) On my signed work order it states remaining balance due upon completion. After months of going back and forth with them on the cabinet design, I approved the design on June 16th, 2022 and was told they would be delivered and installed on September 12th, 2022. Following that Cabinet Solutions charged the remaining $8,500, without my authorization, to my card on July 22nd, 2022 even though my work order clearly states Payable Upon Completion $8,500. I contacted the company multiple times and was told someone would reach out to me about the charge but never heard from anyone. The delivery date of September 12th, 2022 has now passed, I have paid them the total amount for the Cabinets and still do not have a clear answer on whether or not the Cabinets are even being produced. I have tried calling their office, no one ever answers.

      I received an unauthorized credit card charge of $4400.67 for work or materials that were never ordered or received on 8/26/22. No one will answer or return calls. I have done business with this company in the past. Oddly our last transaction was on 3/21/22 in the amount of $400.67.

      I have not purchased any product or service from this company, yet my credit card was billed $2,109 on August 24. I have repeatedly called this company, and can't leave a message, no answer. And I've contacted a sister company operated in the same area and apparently owned or run by the same person. I have called and left messages about 12 times. I get no response. I've talked with live persons about 5 times and they either send me to "the accounting department" which never responds to messages left. I have contacted the police, which my credit card and bank have requested.

      Transaction date: 5/21/21 Project: Remodel Kitchen Cabinets, install new doors, paint cabinets, build wine cabinet Paid $5,000 5/21/21 with balance of $5,000 to be paid upon completion of the project Project has been on going for 14months. A technician finally painted the cabinest on 6/16, 17, 6/24. On 7/29, the technician brought out new cabinet doors that did not fit. I have tried to follow up with CS but they will not respond to emails or phone calls. Rarely will the project manager respond to an email but never a phone call. As of now, no one at CS answers the phone ( not even the receptionist).
