      Custom cabinets were never finished. Paid extra money for parts needed to complete the project (see attached receipt), but still could not get them to send the parts. See attached document of the email communication string. It also shows how many times we were lied to. CS says they do not provide refunds, so they kept our money and provided no product in return. That is clearly fraud.

      Contract w/ Cabinet Solutions (CS) dated 7/26/2021. Finished kitchen cabinets, 12/2021. Sub-contracted backsplash. Feb. 2022 CS sent invoice. Before paying balance on invoice I asked them to send a CS representative to assess quality of sub-contracted work. Two reps. came at different times and both reported the backsplash needed replaced. One rep. took pictures to show project manager the poor work. CS agreed to replace backsplash. They asked for replacement information: tile style, cement color, etc. All was provided. I have copies of back & forth emails. My last correspondence from ********************* was May 10. I want to bring closure to this project.

      This company has taking $8,600 deposit for cabinets that have been halfway installed and abandoned the job. Cabinets arent even correct and not what I ordered. I have tried to resolve this issue for months. No one will return my call they all claim someone is out sick or no longer working there. Lies. Cant get issue resolved. Countertops are supposed to go on in 3 weeks. Cabinets are no complete. HELP

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The owner keeps telling me she is having the project manager reach out to me. I sent her pictures of the broken materials and unpainted parts of cabinets they forgot. I also sent pictures of the dead cabinet space and had to delay installing countertops because the company came to draw template last week and sink didnt even fit. The owners response was she would have project manager call me. I have never heard from anyone. I told them I want cabinets removed and a refund! They have hung up the phone on me several times when Ive called for help. My appliances wont even fit and these werent even made right. That was the whole point of custom cabinets. I am now working with lowes on new cabinets and have expressed to Cabinet Solutions that I would like them removed asap.

      I paid a $9250 deposit on April 29th, 2021, for kitchen cabinets along with some demolition work. We were told it would be 2 to 3 months. Because and of covid and various issues (Cabinet Solutions Issues) there were delays which we understood and accepted. They finally did start the job on December 9th 2021, we were told that it would not take any more than a week. Here we are February 4th, 2022, and we still do not have a functional kitchen. We have emails telling us that the countertop measurement is going to be scheduled for which we have been waiting 2 weeks. When I called their countertop supplier, I was told that they have not paid the deposit and they will not even measure until that is paid. I tried contacting the office manager and she will not take my calls. We want to have our kitchen finished but it appears that Cabinet Solutions does not have the resources to complete the job. Earlier in the project with the approval of their production manager I had to get quotes and pay for sheetrock and painting work myself trying to keep the job moving forward. I have in writing that that will be deducted from my final ****. I offered to do the same with the countertop also but received no response. It is important to note that the production manager quit Cabinet Solutions after only a few months and cautioned me not to pay the final **** until everything is complete. I just want my kitchen completed.

      I am currently going back and forth with this customer to resolve this issue. 

      We are working on the countertop and flooring issue along with the sheetrock. 

      Customer stated that he would remove this as soon as the work is completed. 

      We are working to get this completed so that he can have his kitchen.

      Saw this company on WSOC TV ad signed a work Order on Sept **************************************************************************************************************************** he could make the doors. I told **** the salesman if they could not make the doors I was not buying from them. **** **** me a text when I left him a VM said someone was "SKETCHING" the doors. Lie # 1 .They took $10,900 Deposit. I I did not hear from them so I called go t *********************** Production Manager He said he would come back to remeasure. He did again heard nothing for week I called they said **** Passed away on Sunday and would be in touch. again heard nothing another week gone by. I called told them I wanted my money returned as they have done nothing that they said Everytime I called they would say you have to talk to accounting 3 days in row I was put into a voicemail no return call. Again I called asked to speak to owner Lady by name ********************* AKA office manager (very rude threatening and disrespectful) took my call said I could not talk to owner and they had alot of time invested and I should drive to Hickory to straighten this out. I drove 1 1/2 hours there She had two guys in office and she tried to bully me said they could make one door but not the other would have to buy a nache Lie # 2 whatever that is and was gonna send *********************** New production manager to remeasure tomorrow He was supposed to come at 12. I called his cell phone @ 11:55 he said he wasn't gonna be there at 12 because they had a meeting and he was heading to Rock Hill I told him no sense to remeasure unless they showed me the doors. ***** then also said they had to buy the knives lie number 3I have contacted my attorney and also file complaint with ******************* also **** complaint to WSOC TV Attorney General called me today said they have SEVERAL complaints on this company but they do NOT respond she said it was too early since they just **** letter last week Company is FRAUD

      We have went back and forth with this customer. Where she states that we did not call Queen **** we did. 
      The lady sent the information to us as to who we needed to get the door from. 

      Cabinet Solutions never stated that we could not get the doors. We just sent her one that we thought she may like. 

      Customer denied the photo and we continued the process of her a sample for the door that she wanted. 

      We asked her to please pick one door out. She wanted both. We told her that it would cost $3,000 for the knives to be completed to get both of the doors. 

      Customer came to the office to discuss the layout. She said that some measurements were not correct. ******* (project mgr) stated to her in that meeting that he would come the following Monday and get all this straightened out for you. 

      On Monday, customer called ******* and told him that he was suppose to be there. ******* said that he told her by 12p but she had left him a message not to come. 

      We were very confused about this. We have had multiple emails back and forth with her. 

      We are wanting to get her the kitchen as we have stated to her multiple times. 

       

      We are not a scam nor are we trying to not provide her with what she has on her work order.

      I am rejecting this response because: Please have them review the Work order/contract. My attorney reviewed the work order/contract and said it is very specific what the sales person wrote in there  was very specific the the two doors i gave pictures of would be MATCHED. I will attach again the work order. Also the texts from **** the Salesman. I did not say I will take the  door you choose. That was the reason for giving picture of two doors so I could chose after they showed me the doors. As far as ******* calling there I asked him who he spoke to, No reply from him  because there would be NO way for them to even know what doors he was talking about, they have over approx ***** cabinet doors there. I actually drove there after he told me that they were moving there were no doors left . The person there DID tell me they would not give out information to COPY their products ALL there cabinets there are copyrighted and they do NOT sell doors of ANY kind. They are in business to sell their own products and services. Bottom line is Cabinet Solutions  cannot make the doors. They  are copyrighted. I will not settle for doors that they choose. This is a big investment for me  and this is causing me so much stress  dealing with this. I told **** from day one I was going to get the kitchen cabinet doors I wanted or I wasn't buying from them. Please see the text messages. This is so stressful to have a company go to these measures when it is clearly written in work order/contract specific information. I need my money back as this has really caused me unnecessary duress.

      I see the work order as I have a copy myself. You signed it and it states that it will be 8 to 10 weeks from final approval. 

      We are trying to assist you with the approval and you are not allowing us to do anything. 

      Our objection here is to take care of this and get you your kitchen so that you can sale the property. 

      Every time that we have scheduled something with you...you cancel. 

      How can we help you? 

      Nothing in that contract states that we were suppose to match both doors.

      I am not seeing what the rejection is. 

      Bottom line is the customer signed a work order. 

      Meaning the work needs to be done. 

      Like stated in all the other rejections. 

      Once the design is approved we will have the cabinets in 8 to 10 weeks. 

      We could have already been half way done by now.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am not going to keep going on any further. I  have had my attorney review your WORK ORDER,  It clearly states that you will MATCH the doors on pictures provided to your salesman where he contacted your owner.  I have also provided text messages from your salesman.. 

      Bottom line is you CANNOT copy the doors  NEITHER ONE OF THEM as they are a copyrighted product !    Refund my money before this goes any further. I have all the documentation I need. Save yourself embarrassment refund my money. Again I reiterate I have been told no one can COPY copyrighted product.
