******************* Cabinets,This company (if you want to call it that) are the worst company you ever dealt with or ever will deal with.It cost me ******* $ to find out what I just wrote.The doors were poorly attached with 1/2" screws, in less than a week they became loose in a few days they were ready to fall off. I got ***** to come back to reattach them, he got here late in the day and was here a very quick 30mins. In about three days the doors got loose again, we called him again and about a month went by and several calls latter he came back and put a door on that had fallen off back and put that door back on. Several days later a door fell off and after many calls we finally gave up.My son and I replaced the 1/2" screws with 1" screws. As we were putting the screws back with the proper size we noticed.The top screws were missing on 3 or 4 doors.The veneer strips were cut too wide and the easy close hinges would spring back and forth when you opened or closed the doors, wollering the holes out.This man is the most unprofessional man I have ever dealt with. HE HAD ONE EXCUSE AFTER THE OTHER IF HE EVEN CALLED.Now I've got cabinets that look beautiful. but not functionable.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ZERO STARS

I cannot get anyone to talk to face to face or at the plant. I paid half the cost for new kitchen cabinet doors and drawers in July 2023 and no one will talk to me.

Zero stars! They are terrible. Never finished anything. Wont return calls. They would send people out with none of the thing required to finish the job. Ended up hiring someone else to finish it. Do not use this company.

This company is a disgrace and should be shut down for all the money they have stole from consumers. I order cabinets that were never delivered over a year ago. This company won't call you back nor deliver on their promises. I lost over **** to this scam. Do not trust these cons

Would not recommend this company at all. We went to Lowes to look into shiplap around our kitchen counter. Lowes said someone would reach out as they have outside contractors for this work. On 4/1/22 we received a call from (blank 1) to set up an appointment for consultation. (Blank 2) a solutions specialist at Cabinet Solutions came to our home to measure and created a work order and we wrote a check for $2,776.75 for shiplap overlay on existing island, installation of a cabinet and some re- caulking in our kitchen. On **** (blank 1) called back stating our last names were in computer system but there was a mix up and he sent over to other office and they would reach out. On **** we called (blank 1) back after not hearing from them. **** called (blank 1) again. **** called (blank 1) (blank 1) again. **** called again. He said he called (blank 2) and that he would call us when he got on the road. Never heard from him so we called Cabinet Solutions directly just to explain the situation and cancel the job. Was told (blank 3) would reach out to schedule another measure. Stated I wanted to cancel the job to much back and forth. Talked to (blank 4) the office manager and said I couldnt cancel because of signed contract. Nowhere on my contract is a cancellation policy. Company then forwarded me an unsigned ****** excel spreadsheet of the job description with the cancellation policy. Talked to Lowes and they have no association with this company. Asked them how they got our information and they were unsure but would look into it. Its now August, I have sent several emails with no reply. My wife and I are both teachers so losing nearly $3,000 was not easy for us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Looking into small claims court to try to get it back but really cant afford any more fees if we cant guarantee we get our money back. Should have researched them and learned to never pay anything upfront in full!

Company posing as another company in ** scamming people out of money.

Our installer ****** was super professional, a gentleman, and did wonderful install.

I will never ever refer friends and family to this company. They will take your money and pretty much stop all customer service thereafter. I actually drove out of town to their office to get answers which was followed up with a email if your lucky. Now demo occurred today where several of our granite countertops were broken in the process. Again zero follow up to advise how and when new replacement granite will be provided. The broken granite cannot be repaired so.... this is critical for completion. We are now in limbo as to the resolution.

I had a small job, add an upper cabinet a lower cabinet and 6ft of countertop. I was told that they would try to match the existing countertop as close as possible. On Nov. 19, 2021, I received a text message from *********************** (production manager) in the text he stated that he found the exact countertop to match, but it will be a little more~200 more.I did not respond directly to his text message, instead I asked if he would call me. When I asked ******* about the additional charge, said that he can remove the extra charge.On Dec 20th I sent an email stating will I be able to see a representative sample, my request went unanswered.I called the office several times and got the run around. I was placed on hold 3 times and finally I was able to speak with someone who could help instead she (*********************) told that it is ten minutes to four on a Friday and they will discuss my request for refund on the following Monday Jan. 10th,..This Place got an F rating with the BBB, I wish I would have done my due diligence, hopefully this review will save you the heartache and stress.
