      My husband drove an hour to the ** for our dog who was having multiple seizures 13 to be exact. Arriving at this clinic after 1 am. A 17 yr 81b shitzu is the dog of ours was dying. After driving an hour to get there he was told to wait in the car AFT** calling first and telling them we were on the way. We rang the front door **** numerous times with no avail. He then called and the vet help answered was extremely rude, told my husband F*** you after he got upset for the excessive wait of not answering the door and having to call a number and then told to wait in the car to fill out paperwork at 28 degrees that early morning. This vets office under *************, ***************** and Dr ******* should be investigated for negligence. The unprofessionalism and down right crude behavior of this vet help er position only trickles down from the attitude of the owners. The gate keepers these vets have apparently think that their unprofessional gutter talk will never reach them or get out into the public. They are strongly mistaken.

      Last Sunday morning (8/15/2021), my cat, Sunny, my 14 year old tabby was experiencing some nasal congestion. His appetite wasn't as usual. Since my regular vet was closed, we decided to take him to the ER. They took Sunny back and kept us in a room to get our payment information. They ran my Care Credit card to see the available balance, which was $7,700. The tech was excited knowing that we had that much available. They took x-rays of Sunny and then put in a kennel with oxygen. We had to go outside and wait for a call, for further information. We were allowed to come in to see the doctor, which showed us the x-rays. He said it could be heart failure or pneumonia, he wasn't sure. We wanted to take him home and bring him back the following morning, but the doctor said Sunny would be seen quicker by the internal specialist, if he was already there. He told told us to come back between 7:30 and 8 am on Monday morning. We were in the We called. They let us go in to see Sunny for about 10 minutes, by a very hateful tech named Channing! She was very inconsiderate. Still no word from the doctor. That particular day they did an echocardiogram and another full blood panel. Someone called and said that we needed to go around where the dumpster was, for a consultation with Dr. H****. That's where they do consults, at a dumpster like our fur babies are trash. Dr. H**** still didn't know what was wrong with Sunny, but wanted to do a CT scan Tuesday. We agreed. But, I told Dr. H**** that I wanted ANYTHING that would make Sunny better...not KILL him. We were also told by Stephanie, his assistant, that we couldn't see Sunny until after the CT scan. The net day, Dr. H**** told us that when taking the tube out there was some blood...he said Sunny desperately needed a blood transfusion, but assured us he would be okay afterword. Hours went by...5 hours...no word. I finally say Stephanie out in the parking lot. She said that Sunny was almost ready and that we would be able to take him. We had already told them that if he needed surgery, we wanted to take him to CARE in Charlotte. Finally, after 8pm., we were allowed to go in and get Sunny. He was in his carrier. When I carried him to the truck, he was soaked in urine. They had let him sit there in his urine for hours. They let him suffer on purpose. They are MONSTERS!!! They shouldn't be allowed to practice. They knew he was terminal and didn't tell us. They charged us over $6000. I would have gladly given them the money if they hadn't made my precious Sunny suffer as he did. It was precious time I could have had with him. They are MURERERS AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!! THEY DESERVE A "O" RATING!!!!
